But beyond the relaxing atmosphere, it was the quality of Fara's work that truly exceeded my expectations. It's been over a month since my appointment, and my nails are still perfectly intact. Not a single chip or crack in the polish. My nails usually split or break after a few weeks following any manicure, but with Fara's amazing talent, I haven't experienced that at all. Even though my nails have grown out, my nail beds still look great. She seriously turned my man-ish looking hands into a work of art. Her attention to detail and skill really shine through. Thank you, Fara!

I forgot to take a pic but each station has a pink (obvi) stand for your phone during *your* service. The space instantly lifts your mood, making you feel like a vip from the moment you walk in through the rope and stanchions. But what really makes it special is the experience. It feels genuine, welcoming, and the perfect amount of whimsical. The service is just as impressive as the aesthetic. Fara is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about getting every detail right. I didn't feel rushed--despite a walk in stopping by asking about eyebrow threading- just completely taken care of. While chatting I mentioned I didn't have plans and she suggested the Japanese gardens nearby- I had no idea! Cleanliness and professionalism are clearly a priority, which just adds to the whole visit feeling elevated and relaxing. From opening a fresh set of sterilized tools and using disposable ones, I felt I was in the safest hands. I also went on Easter Sunday and easily found parking on the street. It's also next to a charming cafe if you want to support another small business :) If you love a little glam, a lot of pink, and nails that turn heads--Fara's is that girl. my nails grow fast so I'll be back!

I also really appreciated the conversation with her and Irina, and the overall look of the salon was gorgeous. I haven't had my nails done in years and had a lot of anxiety about starting to do it again, but everyone was so kind and I didn't feel the least bit anxious with how amazing Narine's attention to detail is. The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. I truly wish this experience had been better because the atmosphere and staff were lovely, but after this visit, I won't be returning. I recently started going to this salon because I moved too far away from my usual one, and I'm always super skeptical about trying new places because my eyebrows are thick, stubborn, and honestly a pain to work with. But I'm so glad I stumbled across this place! Out of everywhere I've gone, besides my previous go-to salon, the ladies here are the only other ones who have actually been able to do my eyebrows exactly the way I like them. This was only my second time going, but it definitely won't be my last! I completely forgot the name of the first lady who did my eyebrows when I came in for the first time, but she had them perfect. When I came back for my second visit, I showed another stylist how the previous lady had shaped them, and she got them spot on too! Like I said, my eyebrows are thick and stubborn, so I know they can be a pain to shape and match, but these ladies have already mastered them! I've loved everything about the salon and the service so far. As soon as you walk in, they're super welcoming and quick to attend to you. Both times I've gone, I haven't waited more than 10 minutes! And the ladies give such girl's girl vibes, which I absolutely LOVE Great service, wonderful stylists, and such great prices! Overall, my experience here has been a 10/10, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new eyebrow spot in the area. I'll definitely be coming back regularly myself! Oh, and the stylist who did my eyebrows in this video was Rose I forgot to ask the name of the lady who did them the first time, but if I see her again, I'll definitely be asking because they're both amazing at what they do!

Called and made an appointment for a facial. Hard to make an appointment due to their time schedule and mine, but finally got one in. The room where you get your facial is too small. The gurney is against the wall so the person doing my facial can't walk around me, but it was okay. She searched for every black head she could find on my nose and face. Very thorough. Also very painful having those pushed out, but I felt like I definitely got my moneys worth. The second time I went, I had a different person doing my facial, and she wasn't as through as the first person, but it was ok. Getting your underarm waxed here isn't painful. It was okay, but I feel like the European Wax Center does a better job. Still gonna come back here though for facials and underarm waxing due to the cost and convenience of free parking.
