I had my face burned,which turned into scar until this day They burned my face by trying to clean the dye of my face.( above my cheek bone(very noticeable place)).They tried so many products and rubbed really hard with a towel that it both chemically burned and friction burn from the towel. At the end i had to tell them to stop. They didn't even apologize. I wrote Elina Asatryan the next day that its now a wound which burns/hurts. I really wanted to like this place. This salon and Elina was recommended by one of my favorite IG influencers. The first time I went there I didn't have the greatest experience as Elina was rushing through my hair to leave, but I had asked her to blend my highlights with the rest of my hair and she had done a decent job so although I was disappointed with the overall service I thought I'd give it another try. I recently went back and this time I asked to refresh my highlights and make them more vibrant light blonde as my highlights and hair color was starting to look very brassy. Not only was she not able to do that, my roots and highlights looked so disconnected! I pointed out the results and she quickly tried to fix it with some 3 minute temporary color, but without success, and once again she was rushing to leave, so she asked one of the other salon employees to take over, very unprofessional of her. And her work was absolutely u acceptable. I would avoid this place with all the other local Salons. Don't waste your time or money as your time is not respected and Elina try's to rush through and leave unless of course your maybe some IG influencer. read more

I drove an hour and requested the day off from work just to be told that I shouldn't do what i want, which i was pretty confused about. If I shouldn't then why would I drive that far? By the way I agree with some of the reviews here and that they need to fix their booking website. How are you going to have people go all the way there and for you to tell them you need a consultation first? Where on the website states that? If i knew i would have done it (if required). That's very unprofessional and time is money. You should know because you charge $50 if we dont show up for your time. How about we charge you to pay us for our time? I walked in happy and excited to get my hair done. I didn't get greeted by her nicely (i got a walk up with a stare down then asking if i had an appt) and she was quite rude in a way that i dont know if that's just who she is or again maybe bad day for her. But just by reading her comments on these reviews, she seem to be very unprofessional and rude. I would say reconsider there's always someone who can do it better! I spend $410 for sloppy hair..... it was my fault for not checking yelp before I go and get my hair done by this lady. I brought in a picture of exactly the color that I wanted for my hair. Alina said no problem. Lifted my hair color with bleach and then put a toner in afterwards. The problem is that when you lift dark hair to a very light color, you have to do it in segments. Alina should have known this if she had the proper training. But because she doesn't, she lifted too many levels at once with bleach, which fried my hair, and then she put a toner in afterwards, but the toner washed out after the first wash which is after two days. This woman absolutely is not skilled in coloring hair and is obviously using sub quality products. I texted her and she ignored me for days and when she responded to me she told me that Hey!! What kind of Shampoo did you use? it looks like the toner got stripped out, try using the purple shampoo or a purple mask and lmk if the color comes back. At the same time when I was at the salon she recommended to not using purple shampoo. I texted her back she took so long to respond. I went to ask about my right nicely and I told her that Elina, this is unacceptable. Toners are not supposed to fade like this, even if I was using Dawn dishwashing detergent, which I didn't..she called the cop on me. When the cop came she told them my color completely faded it's cause I used wrong shampoo and then because I used the felt iron she was trying to say any Excuse. Small advice.if she offered to fix your hair don't agree and give her a trust again trust me she will make your hair worse. I had a very bad experience with her. I'm so sad about my hair. If you really care about your hair and your money don't go and get your hair done by her. read more

I was charged almost 400 dollars for something that had to be fixed by a different hairdresser 2 days later. $350 + 45 appointment charge that DOES NOT go towards your treatment. I came in for a root bleach and was told I needed a color correction so I could get my hair to platinum. I agreed because I was almost platinum and I ended up leaving the salon with brassy roots and overall darker hair. Absolutely ridiculous... would not recommend. read more
