I've been here twice and on both occasions have received what feels like a premiere experience. In addition to the modern vibe of the vape lounge, the staff is more than friendly and helpful with all my questions and my needs, they offer water and help you out if you so choose to sample flavors, as many as u like at a less-than-$1 small fee! Very nice and helpful employees. Their juice is really good, made to order, and I'm quite picky. The atmosphere is comfortable and every single employee is eager to help the customer, even when I just had random questions or asked them to have a look at something on my personal rig.
