Yet clearly states veteran and since they opened they always accepted it including the manger. She said policies changed and I asked what is the policy and she said I can't tell you that. After a few weeks, I decided to upgraded my tank. I came in, they got me hooked up, and I was on my way. It wasnt 25 minutes before I had to come back in because the tank I purchased just was not going together properly. The guys took a while fighting with the tank, and were finally able to get it together the right way. Grateful, I thanked them and headed out. The tank worked fine for a bit, then started flooding and leaking all the time. I fought it for 2 days, and then went back into the shop at the first chance I got. When I showed the manager what was wrong, and they took another look at it. When they found out that it was just a badly machined part (an occasional byproduct of mass-production), she immediately exchanged my tank for a brand new one. The got it all set up and made sure the new tank worked properly, and I have not had a problem ever since. To make a long story short, these guys care about what they are doing, and they strive to make sure the customer is taken care of as well as making sure the customer enjoys the best vaping experience possible. Up in Vapor prepares their own E-juices, and they have a large assortment of flavors to choose from. They also carry other brands of E-juice. My favorites are Elvis Pie (Up In vapor) and Colonel's Custard (BRV).

I bought an AirisTech Viva, with a glass bubbler attachment kit, on the 23rd of December. The vape was $75, and the bubbler piece $15. Price seemed okay, but I did see two other AirisTech products that were a bit more expensive, but didn't offer the glass bubbler attachment kit, so I stuck with the $75 one. After taking it home and using it, I was a bit underwhelmed. The vape is fine. It's not great, it's not horrible, it's alright. I call up the shop on the 26th(day after Christmas) to see if I can exchange it for the most expensive AirisTech product, and I'll happily pay the difference. They apparently have a 2 week period for returns, of which I was 3 days into it. They have a receipt policy. I have the receipt. But because my vaporizer still works, they won't do a return or exchange. I don't even know if that is legal, but I know this is a place you will not want to shop at. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. SHOP ELSEWHERE.
