It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.

Over the course of several visits, he was successful in greatly reducing the residual damage and made it much less noticeable. I also revisited his office for mole removal and biopsy. I made a second attempt to call on Tuesday during business hours and after again not hearing from them, I texted the number provided on the answering machine (they tell you you can text) and several days later still no response. I even went by the office in person and although I could hear someone in a room receiving some kind of service, there was no one at the front desk or anywhere else in the building. At this point, I am not interested in becoming a client here, rather am frustrated that my family member wasted $200.00 on a gift card. With so many amazing med spas/wellness centers in the southern Indiana/Louisville area, please spare yourself and book with one that is reputable and responsive! My hope is that as a good business practice, Azure would want to rectify this situation with a refund, but I won't hold my breath on a return call. I recommend this, but it is a treatment that you have to get done and stay out of the sun during treatments so winter time was the best time to start this. (While your 2 Year Clause ticks by quickly at a rate of appointments that are 7 - 8 weeks apart) I have had treatment after treatment and my hair is not going away, I would say I'm at best 30% less hair in over 2 and 1/2 years... Now the new Clinical Director Yvonne Hubrich, is blaming my skin color or skin tone (dark complected) as to why it is not working for me. She now stated to me I should not be on vacation or getting any tan. No where in my paperwork does it advise a person cannot have a tan in the summer time). I say beware of this scam to all men and women considering it. All my paperwork states that their outstanding professional lasers can treat ALL SKIN TONES and COLOR (states this on the website also). They also now are blaming it on my Dark (Black Hair color) but they were fine to sell the package to me with dark hair and dark skin back in January. This treatment is simply not working, now that they realize I am having a very low success rate they are refusing to treat me and say I owe now more money for "touch-ups" they want me to pay 10% for touch-ups even though my paperwork does state free "touch-ups". They also will not give me any info. as to the owners name or anyone else in charge. When you google Premier Laser Spa you can see that in October 2015 they filed Bankruptcy. I am filing a Small Claim Suit to try and get my money back for negligence, false advertising, making me miss work for appointments that they in turn don't treat or have time for. You can not and will not be hair free or any where close to it in 8 treatments! Buyer Beware!
