I made a second attempt to call on Tuesday during business hours and after again not hearing from them, I texted the number provided on the answering machine (they tell you you can text) and several days later still no response. I even went by the office in person and although I could hear someone in a room receiving some kind of service, there was no one at the front desk or anywhere else in the building. At this point, I am not interested in becoming a client here, rather am frustrated that my family member wasted $200.00 on a gift card. With so many amazing med spas/wellness centers in the southern Indiana/Louisville area, please spare yourself and book with one that is reputable and responsive! My hope is that as a good business practice, Azure would want to rectify this situation with a refund, but I won't hold my breath on a return call. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith.
