My first time here was in September. I go to the chiropractor regularly and he recommended I start getting regular massages to help with all this trapped tension in my neck and shoulders. 2020 was really the year I decided to start taking care of myself! So I booked an appointment with Tom and he blew my mind!!! It's like he knew exactly what to do to help my neck and shoulder pain! Everything about his massages are perfect! I'm so glad I decided to choose this place over any other place! I've had massages before and I always left feeling the same or left feeling like I got beat up by 100 men, but not here. I immediately feel 100x better when I leave! Thank you Tom! read more

I have to update my review of Cloud Nine to let folks know they have a new(ish) therapist - Taylor - who would be inducted into the Massage Hall of Fame if one such existed. Twice she has eliminated very painful back pain in a 90 min session - she concentrates every second of the massage on you, and is very compassionate as an added plus. While I still highly recommend Cloud Nine's Maplewood site, those living farther West can book at the O'Fallon site with Taylor with strong confidence - Cloud Nine still receives my highest possible recommendation! read more

I'm not even slightly over exaggerating when I tell you I just got the best massage of my life here. I saw Cassie and I can say I not only will now be implementing massages into at least a monthly routine, but I also will never be going to anyone else. I've had severe back and hip pain for years and have never felt like massages in the past actually helped. I left this one feeling like a whole new person. I can't say enough nice things about this place - seriously worth every cent! read more

Always receive a fabulous massage here. I usually go with the 90 min Swedish massage add hot stones. I leave feeling relaxed, pain free and like a noodle. Paying and making appointments is quick and easy. Give them a try, you will not be sorry. FYI- make sure you look at the map and don't use the address given. This spa is on HWY K in the shopping center next to Buffalo Wild Wings, NOT on Bryan Rd. read more

Extremely happy with my Cloud 9 massage experience. Coming from a mid 40's guy in construction with a reoccurring back issues. They definitely took the time to understand my issues. Very welcoming atmosphere and caring people! Clean and professional. Highly recommend! read more

I received a 90 minute massage today. It was excruciatingly painful. I almost had to ask to leave. I asked for the therapist to use less pressure, as she was causing me pain, many times. However, she would not let up. I winced, loudly said "that hurts", and groaned throughout the massage, to no avail. I specifically asked her to be careful around a tender varicose vein, which she did not. Tonight, I literally have bruising on the back of my legs from the intense pressure. I cannot believe I actually paid to endure this. I definitely will not return. I know they have other therapists, however, how can I trust that I will be listened to after this experience? read more

By far the best massage I've ever had. Katie was extremely professional and so talented. This was my first time at this business and I'm so impressed. It was clean, progressional, and smelled nice. I had always gone to chains for a monthly massage. We recently moved to this area, and I thought I would look for an independent massage facility, just to check it out and get out of my comfort zone. I am so happy that I came upon Cloud Nine massage! Stacey is the best. I really am glad I found this business and this massage therapist. The new space is very nice as well! read more

My husband and I recently moved to the area and found Cloud Nine through an online search. We highly recommend them. Quality service, good value, great experience and clean, comfortable office. The pre-appointment information is used. Both of us had massages with Rachel - again, highly recommend. She reviewed our information, asked questions and ensured that we had a great experience. I had the same masseuse for 10 years in Des Moines before moving here and finding someone who could replace her has not been easy. That is until I stumbled onto Stephany. So glad to have found her. read more

I was in town for Thanksgiving and I got a massage at Cloud 9. It is a cozy, cute spot with very relaxing vibes. Very clean and detailed. My massage was with Heather R. It was sensational. She was deep, healing and I left feeling brand new!!! Oh and very affordable prices read more

Great atmosphere, reasonable prices and talented staff! I was traveling and they accommodated me and helped ease my stiff back.

Kevin took the time to find out my needs and took the time to take extra care of the areas I mentioned. He also really focused on the areas that he could feel needed some extra work. He communicated well and listened to what I needed. At the end he made some suggestions of extra treatments I might be interested in for the extra work I needed without making it feel like he was trying to sell me something. read more

Ashley gave a really good massage then gave me a $10 discount to book again. When I went to book again she told me about Ashiatsu therapy and recommended that I book with Courtney. I really appreciate that kind of integrity that would refer me to another therapist because she felt it would serve me better. Also here professionalism and your facilities were the best I've experienced in this area! read more

I was in town visiting relatives and chose Cloud Nine based on the other yelp reviews. I'm very glad I did, and if I lived here I would be a regular. I really appreciated that Christine asked about problem areas and then actually focused on those areas. I've had massages elsewhere and the therapists usually just do their regular massage routine even after I specify areas that need extra attention. Christine was very attentive and skilled at her work. I would highly recommend her. read more

Amazing place! I had Stephanie Branson, as my massage therapist. I explained my issues, and right to work she went. Stretching, then massage. I went for deep tissue, and now I'm right again. Do yourself a favor, if you need a proper massage, or have been thinking about trying a massages for the first time, look no further. They offer a wide variety of massages, and Thai massage. Thai massage, deals with stretching and compression. After all, if your foundation is right, neither is the rest of your body. read more

Love this place! Super flexible to my schedule (a lot of times to choose from) and great variety of massages!

I've been getting massages here once a month for about a year now. It amazes me how relaxed I get after these sessions. Especially when no particular areas are bothering me...The owner, Stephanie, definitely knows her stuff! She finds the sore spots in my neck and back that I didn't even know were there! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a 1 hr. Swedish massage from her once a month...it works wonders! read more

I utilize Yelp often and it's been a great resource to find lots of local gems. I seldom write bad reviews but this time I need to share a bad experience. Initially I was thankful that cloud nine could schedule a couples massage in 24 hours. Planned to surprise my man w a relaxing morning. Drove an hour in for a 10:30 appt. arrived at cloud nine at 10:15. Doors locked. Sat in car till someone showed up at 10:25. While this lady was nice enough we struggled to understand her. She handed us typical massage forms and disappeared to the back. Ten minutes later she came back saying she was trying to get in touch w other therapist and the owners. Another Ten minutes later we found her and handed back forms. It was now over 20 minutes from our appt. time. Again, couldn't reAlly understand her but asked for call back from boss. The boss did call back promptly but w no explanation. She was apologetic but we were not interested in rescheduling due to the bad impression left. Need to be better organized if they hope to succeed. Lost a customer here. read more

I never even got the chance to get a massage at this place because of the customer service. I tried calling to book an appointment and their voicemail said to go online. I tried that, but it was complicated with 4 people, so i tried calling back. Again, no answer. I left a voicemail and they never called me back even though they were open for another 4 hours that day. The next day i tried stopping by and it was hard to find because they don't have a large sign. Once i found it, i went inside and there was no one art the "desk" and the place looked rather sketchy with the massage rooms being all in the main hallway right there within plain sight from the window to the street. Needles to say, i left before anyone could even come back to the desk. read more

I'm very disappointed I booked a massage for me and my wife and the day of the massage within an hour of the massage they informed me that they did not book it for a couple. I call the day before and no one answer the phone. But i got a text so i text back about what i want to book. A few hours later a person call me. I make the appointment with him. And the next day i call and he said " no i book you for a single massage" What made me mad is that i text what i want and I told him on the phone what i want. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing just hung up after you found out that could not make that appointment without being a couple. read more

I've gotten massages in a wide variety of settings, from chains, to chiropractors ' offices, to smaller shops like "Too Good". Tiffany did a great job, took time out of her weekend, and gave me one of, if not, the best massages I've ever had. Highly recommended! read more

This is definitely not a "chain store" massage! This place knows it's stuff and isn't just going through the motions. You can tell that the people who work there enjoy what they do and actually care about your health. I also LOVE the online scheduling! Talk about super user-friendly! To top it off they have a great location! Whether you're coming from Wentzville or St. Charles- they are not far off of 70 in O'Fallon. I highly reccomend Too Good To Be True Massage. Did I mention that their pricing is reasonable too??? They even have specials all week long! read more

As a newcomer to this area, I was at a loss when I woke up on a Monday morning with a pain in my left shoulder like I have never experienced. I signed onto Yelp and searched for a massage salon. After reading a couple reviews I opted to call and make an appt. upon arrival I met Heidi who was going to work on me to hopefully make my shoulder better. Well I've got to tell you Heidi was so caring in taking her time and knowledge to figure out which muscle group was affected. She knew I was in pain and was so kind and I knew she'd take care of me! And she did - using a couple of different oils and massage techniques. When I left I could lift my arm and was able to drive. By the following morning after using her ideas for stretching and heating blanket I was pain free. Heidi was committed to helping and she did an amazing job. I look forward to returning for a more enjoyable relaxing experience. The salon is very clean, decorated nicely, calming music and wonderful smells. Massage bed very comfortable- and I am a BBW ish!. Thank you so much Heid read more
