Life is tough. Ann is excellent and I regret not living in grants pass but whenever it works I go. She is very accommodating with my hectic schedule. I like a relaxing, but therapeutic massage, where my tense stressed out muscles feel good when I leave and later. She accomplishes all this. When I'm having a bad neck and shoulders day she focus on these areas but finds areas I didn't know needed help. She has great elbows in the places that need, also prices are cheap compared to what I'm used to. I would recommend her to anyone.

I also see it producing amazing gains for local professional athletes and gym rats alike. Amazing noticeable gains, huge improvements in strength, range of motion, and quickness. 3 months in, and overall gains are above 150% total weight, and max weight for me personally. Not bad for only spending 30 minutes a week on the ARX Machine. I also love it tracks my past workouts and progress and displays my current live efforts vs past workouts and displays them visually while working out...helps add a little visual incentive into putting out more effort for me. Then I did one of their recovery sessions that included this massage technique (I think they call it the Novasana Method?) and it was incredible. Not your typical massage -- way more targeted and effective. The space is beautiful and peaceful, and everyone there was kind, professional, and really tuned in to what I needed. You can tell they actually care about helping people feel better -- not just cycling folks in and out like a spa. If you're in Grants Pass or anywhere in Southern Oregon, this place is a gem.
