Back then, the environment felt welcoming, humble, and diverse, and the staff made patients feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has changed a lot over the years. The office no longer feels warm or inclusive to me, and I personally felt uncomfortable during my recent visits. The staff, including the office manager Meagan, did not come across as friendly or approachable. I understand every office evolves, but this place just doesn't feel the same anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it.
