They came out, set it up, we noticed it wasn't the exact one we'd requested, they immediately, cheerfully, and apologetically ran back to get the correct one and still had it up before the set time. Their attitude was exceptional and demeanor sincere. Of course all the kids had a blast and the unit worked flawlessly. The bounce house was well secured to the ground and the power cord and fan positioned out of the way of children. When it neared the scheduled pick-up time, we received a call asking if we'd like to keep it longer--no additional expense. The kids of course all cheered and played well into the evening and even the next morning/early afternoon. Yep, we got to keep it over night even. I'm not sure if this was a polite gesture from the early mix up or if it was actually helping them out schedule wise, but it didn't matter to us. They offered to pick it up at the agreed upon time had we declined the offer to keep it. So it was just another example of killer service. I can't recommend them enough based on our experience.

Offering a toddler only area, large jungle gym with slides and multiple stand alone toys. The overall favorite seemed to be the newly established obstacle course. Plenty of seating around the facility for the parents, grandparents or Aunties like me. :) Friendly employees! *Outside drinks can be brought in but leave the food @home.

Her prices are more than reasonable for all that she brings: the level of skill and professionalism, great energy and attitude, as well as very high quality products - worth thinking about when you consider letting your little ones having their faces painted. Each kid (and adult) subject was different. Some were fidgety, some were nervous, some were super shy, some were wild... she treated each of them with respect and kindness. It was very cool to see. As a mom herself, I think she treats the kids the way she would like her kids to be treated. She was just so lovely with them. I don't know how she manages to stay so neat and tidy, but when I went to help her clean up she just had her empty smoothie cup with some used paper towels inside! The whole experience was just lovely and I can't wait to work with her again!

Decided to schedule our daughter's first birthday here. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. We rescheduled 2 weeks out. Due to being here with family temporarily and the military, we ended up having to go back to our home in another state earlier than expected. We were told this wasn't a good enough reason to cancel and weren't allowed to, but could reschedule. And as stated, we are in another state and aren't able to reschedule. We were more than accommodating when we had already showed up the day of our scheduled tour, and I feel as if Character Connection Co. was the exact opposite for us and only care about getting their money. They failed to send a final confirmation the Wednesday before the event, and when asked about it, they blamed it on "technical difficulties". Great venue, bad ownership.

This place has so much potential, but majorly lacks it all due to the poor management and uncaring…read moreattitude of its owners and its employees. You can tell this place can't afford to shut business down for any upgrades or even intense cleaning or it'll be shut down completely. CONS: - Poor cleanliness, there dust and debris building up in all the areas of the foam playground. - Battle Pit has some old, stinky foam cubes. - Majority of the equipment definitely needs to be cleaned and maintained better. - STAFF, are barely legal kids themselves trying to look over kids maybe close in their own age. (It's Lawton, so I'm sure their child-care or basic child awareness are poor). - The adult, probably the only one truly an adult, runs back and forth to the kitchen, front desk, and overwatch of the area as if SHE's they only one who knows the regulations, policy, kitchen attendances requirements, and management rules. Bc again, the staff are just barely adults themselves or barely teens. - FOOD, was poorly made, definitely just boxed frozen food and put in the microwave. NO DESIGNATED chef or kitchen staff. - Price for the attractions were ridiculous!!! Ultimate and Deluxe, such BS!!! I get height and age restrictions for taller equipment, but WHY NOT HAVE a toddler or smaller kid zone designated areas?? You clearly have the open space right by the tables. - I get being watched and controlling the traffic, but there's a reason that policies and regulations were made so it's enforced. YOU as staff have liability of watching younger, smaller kids let alone any of the kids so why have SECURITY OR FUN-SUCKING RENTI-COPS telling kids to Stop jumping in the same trampoline when that's highly unavoidable and unlikely. - Their party package! Doesn't even come with pizza!!! How the in the world is that a party package!! - No child changing station in the men's restroom. - THERES SO MUCH MORE!! PROS: - The staff will leave you alone once you get on their nerve and it'll be a show. Plus, theirs too many damn kids running around for them to care for it all. I can go so much more for CONS of Thai place, but it'll just be sounding more of an insult by then. Don't waste your money here, go to Chuck E. Cheese. More for your buck. I'm sure it's not all the owners or staffs fault, but you're running the establishments. Do something about it.

While they fixed the problem, stuff like this should in my opinion never happen in a kids play area if it's being taken care of properly. The walls are dirty and the rides are too. No hand sanitizer in any stations and several areas had foam missing or coming off.

There are separate areas for toddlers and for older kids. Because it wasn't crowded our toddlers played in both areas. They also loved the game area. This is where they lost a star from me. A couple of the games were broken. Some didn't say how many tokens were needed. Some were confusing and it took us awhile to figure out what to do. Some seemed overpriced for what they were. The girls loved every game we played. The games and rides were kind of expensive but the playground is a good price I thought.
