Started out with the owner stating they had a family emergency 20 mins before our scheduled tour of the venue. After rescheduling and finally viewing the venue, we loved it. Decided to schedule our daughter's first birthday here. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule due to inclement weather. We rescheduled 2 weeks out. Due to being here with family temporarily and the military, we ended up having to go back to our home in another state earlier than expected. We were told this wasn't a good enough reason to cancel and weren't allowed to, but could reschedule. And as stated, we are in another state and aren't able to reschedule. We were more than accommodating when we had already showed up the day of our scheduled tour, and I feel as if Character Connection Co. was the exact opposite for us and only care about getting their money. They failed to send a final confirmation the Wednesday before the event, and when asked about it, they blamed it on "technical difficulties". Great venue, bad ownership. read more

Moana made our birthday party magical! The experience is incredible for the parents and the kids; lots of memories made and great pictures taken. We hired Alice in Wonderland and the Mad Hatter to come to our annual Mad Hatter's Party at Touchmark at Coffee Creek Senior living in Edmond. They MADE our party. Both Alice and the Mad Hatter were kind and lively and wonderful with all our residents. They took time to speak with and listen to and take pictures with, sing to among many other things. We booked Project Princess for my neice's pirate party, and our pirate was amazing! He gave swashbuckling lessons, brought the birthday girl a list of pirate words and their meanings, and even brought fun coloring pages with pirate motif! He also gave the kiddos their own pirate names, and posed for great pics! I think my son nearly knocked him out in the sword fighting, and he was a great sport! Loved having him!
