This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).
