They get a lot of credit for doing uniforms as a "gift" to our military folks, but they completely destroyed our son's Marine dress uniform. Then, when asked to make it right, they decided to claim that the reason it no longer fit was because he had grown larger in training. He indeed has a bit larger chest, but the pants are now about three inches too short! Marine training may make you feel like you're ten feet tall, but your legs don't get longer. They also ignored the actual DAMAGE to the uniform. Unethical and incompetent...If you need an old coat cleaned maybe try your luck, but don't take them anything you don't want to have destroyed, and they will not make it right. Now we have to figure out how to take them to small claims court while our son is at Quantico.
