When I dropped off the blankets, the lady I dropped off with stated that the owner was not there but she would be able to call me if there was any change to prices. She took down my number and I never got a phone call. When I picked up, I was told the bill is $112. After questioning the young lady there, she said I could speak to the owner. I talk to the owner and she said they charge $8 per blanket after and they were so "thick" and took so much time to dry (This would make the bill $104). The owner said, "we didn't even charge you the full $8 for drying, we charged you less." She agreed to have me pay the $104 but it's not about the $8 it's about the principle of pricing and quoting to a customer that could have been repeat business. I wasn't contacted (despite asking to be) if the price changed. If I was told it would be $24 for the first one and $16 after that, I would have known and been aware.

Washers and dryers are never broke and always working perfect. I've never had any issues with my clothes not getting clean right or a dryer not drying my clothes. They don't have more than one staff member working at a time but who ever it is they are always friendly and always good for a conversation. They have detergents and softener available if you forget to bring your own. They also have a machine to convert your bills into quarters. I have to say that I won't chose any other laundry mat in Coloma area and I will come here when ever I need something washed or dryed. Thank you Coloma wash-n-Dri.
