She is very patient and pleasant, so the whole experience was fun too. I chose the Low-Maintenance Chic package. First, we meet up in a lounge and had a good conversation. She went through a form with thoughtful questions about what I'm looking for and my lifestyle. Then we went shopping. Marisa picked items in styles and sizes that she though would work for me and it was pretty spot on! I ended up getting everything but two of the items she pulled for me and actually one of the two items was something *I* had picked. I went home feeling excited and more confident. These were items that I really needed in my closet and I know I will get a lot of use out of. I really appreciate the kind and understanding Marisa worked with me. I ask a lot of questions and she answered them all with a smile and was so helpful. Self image can be a very sensitive subject and I think she handled it very professionally. Thank you!

She more than delivered, helping me to see possibility where I saw none; today, after wearing a blazer that I was ready to toss, I knew I had to post this. Rather than spend a ton of money and resources on resupplying my closet, she helped me to reimagine what I currently own. She has a fantastic eye and is a ton of fun to work with. 10/10 experience. Thank you, Marisa (and, yes, we have the same name, but this isn't Marisa rating herself!)

She is able to quickly identify and eliminate problem areas; select articles that withstand changing trends; and recommend staples and accessories to perfectly round out a wardrobe. She was invaluable in helping to create outfits (in a photo book) that work well in business formal and business casual surroundings as well as in more relaxed settings. The biggest surprise was her ability to create fresh and modern combinations out of an existing wardrobe as well as her keeping a promise to follow up on a few questions. On top of that, Tricia was a fun and engaging person with whom to work. Her passion for her craft is demonstrated from beginning to end. I highly recommend Tricia to those who are serious about investing in their personal image and style.

She helped me on a last-minute project when I realized I had no clothes that were suitable for a video shoot. Not only did Helena come to my closet and showed me how to restyle my wardrobe in new ways--she also took me shopping afterward when we agreed that we didn't have the perfect outfit. I was really impressed that she had a contingency plan. She knew exactly where to go and what to look for. The result was several outfits that not only suited my personality but that also helped me elevate my brand to a higher level of credibility and professionalism. Also, during the day of the shoot, she was checking in with me and helping me make style decisions on the fly--should I put my hair up or down, which shoes are best, etc. I was above impressed. She is now my go-to style coach. I don't know how I have lived without you for so long!

Alicia was her partner in crime that day and she killed the hair game! She was able to work in hair extensions that haven't been match hair dyed in years. My hair stayed all day perfectly. I'm going on day 4 of not washing out the product she put in my natural hair(extensions are out lol). And it still smells amazing and looks perfect! Now that's magic! If you want seriously beautiful makeup and hair experience with a super chill fun vibe, you better call Lyndsay. I had absolutely no idea what I wanted going into the appointment, and my consultant was so helpful at pulling different styles and fabrics for me to try on to get a sense of what I liked/didn't like. There was a huge selection of dresses and although I wasn't able to browse myself (not sure if this was due to COVID regulations or standard) I felt like my consultant did a great job of narrowing the dresses down and pulling what I was really looking for. I never felt stressed or rushed, and toward the end of the appointment she encouraged me to take some time and schedule a second appointment to try on my top few dresses with a clear head. I ended up finding my perfect dress elsewhere, but I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone.

I was able to find my perfect dress easily within my budget, as they offer a great range of price points. A special shoutout to their seamstress; she did a phenomenal job with my dress's sleek silhouette by bustling the train underneath to preserve the clean line. My only note for future brides is regarding scheduling communication: I bought my dress in March for an October wedding and tried to schedule fittings in the spring, but was told to call closer to the date. When I called in August, there was sudden urgency to cram in all the fittings, which left me a bit unsure about the timeline. Ultimately, everything worked out, and I truly loved my gown!

We had a few appointments and I had a couple of plans with family and friends as well in a short time. This must vary based on who you get so YMMV but my experience was incredibly frustrating and a nightmare. Negative customer science and I cannot recommend this place as it seems the issues extend beyond the reported seamstress issues. Come if you like to be hot, thirsty, and frustrated while shopping for something that will cost a couple thousand dollars. *** My friend made a few different appointments for me. Some sort of glitch must have happened but only for this shop and none of the other shops. The appointment booked in PT time zone not ET and because it's in Boston... we all only looked at the confirmation and reminder that said 11am. My friend had noticed the time of 11am but that it seemed like the store opened at noon the night before so it was too late to call to check so we got up early after a late night to head over since it was almost an hour away and I'm definitely not a morning person on a weekend. Of course, we get there and it's closed and I call the number on the front door sign and leave a voicemail. We go on a side quest and come back half an hour late hoping to catch someone and stay for awhile before leaving. No luck. We head off for lunch with a friend and I call again around 1230 to figure out what's going on. Voicemail. A bit later they call back and say got your voicemail and don't know but you're not in our book at all for today and the tone was pointed. What? At this point, I'm incredibly frustrated. No apologies to say hey clearly there is a glitch but let's figure it out. Instead, a terse we don't have you in our book at all. Awkward pause. Do you still want to come? Internally, no but I am in need of a dress so I ask what times are available. It was like pulling teeth. She seemed so annoyed and asked me what time I want to come. We eventually schedule an appointment but I already had a bad taste. I drive back an hour from another commitment and arrive a few minutes late. She doesn't even greet me initially. My friend is there and greets me and catches me up that she's been looking at dresses for me to help get me started. She's great. I don't want to be here at this point especially since it felt as if our person was also standoffish. She finally introduces herself but throughout the visit I cannot help but compare her with the other employee helping another bride's mother. The other woman was friendly, encouraging, and had a few suggestions. My experience did not feel friendly. She helped me in and out of a few dresses but did not seem to understand what I was looking for. I didn't find too many things of interest but don't really hold inventory against stores because it can be pretty variable and unpredictable as to what comes in and what gets scooped up by others. During this process though, another bride comes in. She tries dresses on and was directed to stand on podium we were using so I was standing there waiting while I'm not sure what our person was doing. Did they overbook? In any case, the other woman noticed and offers the other bride's podium for us to see how the dress looks. Our person later suggests I can look through what's on the rack so I start flipping through. At this point, she decides to try to engage me in the time issue. I haven't even raised this with her because I'm just trying to sort out my existing frustration that's been further amplified because the place is hot with no air flow. I'm thirsty, tired, and frustrated. She now states that the time issue wasn't on their side as they had us down for a different time. Wtf. Earlier she told us we weren't even in the book. We figure out the time zone issue and she even says I'm not trying to argue with you but it's not on our side. Lol. I've had enough at this point so I say I don't think it's worth is discussing this at this point. I then stop flipping through the dresses and look at my friend and we leave. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be fun. You're supposed to feel excited and supported not attacked. It's pointless trying to argue with someone who is not trying to solve something with you but trying to blame you. How hard would it have been to say hey clearly something went wrong and let's figure it out together? Anyways, terrible experience. Never coming back. Not recommended. Have been to 4 other places and they were all pleasant to visit even with varying levels of hospitality. Tulle is a place that does it right. I also liked Marry and Tux. They all reached out ahead of time to personally confirm the appointment, ask about vision to start brainstorming on dress matches, and were super friendly. These other places also felt cleaner and nicer.
