It's an alright management to rent from, and they fix things almost right away but one thing I've…read moreonly had a problem with was I had a dog for literally not even a month and found out my son was allergic to him so we had to get rid of him and they wouldnt even give my deposit back beings it's a tough time with covid 19 and they cant give that 500 back that's alot of money to just give out for nothing, and we were already upset beings the dog was like a baby to us and going through a hard time. If I was the boss I'd be glad to give that money back to the person renting especially when the animal did no damage to the unit.

If I could rate them less I would. Let me list all the problems, which I had many (I have never…read moreleft reviews for anywhere, but this was the worse experience of my life!) 1. Roaches, I have never had roaches in any place I have ever lived. We got an infestation within a few months there; I assume from the insane amounts of water damage. When I mentioned them I wasn't believed, until I showed proof. The exterminators did not stop the issue even after the work they did, I never left food out and hardly spent time in my home cause it stressed me out so bad. AND THEY NEVER GOT BETTER! 2. As mentioned above, water damage. There were multiple appliances that were leaking that I had tried to get fixed by maintance. Either I was told it wasn't going to be replaced OR it was fixed (but it wasn't) as well as a pipe exploding from my neighbors, it was a horrible time. 3. At the end I had massive issues regarding checkout, my refund/bill, and a whole other issue that I will not fully get into here. But just know, they have massively impacted my life by these issues and I had to pay/ wait so much time and money because of them. I have just now received my refund and I already resigned a lease for a different company (it's been 8 months) but I cannot even use the refund I was sent due to billing issues that they have caused. Overall, I should've listed to the reviews when I moved so I really gotta say NEVER rent from them.

Sought Mr. Reichert's assistance in finding a hotel development site along the I-94 corridor between Beach and Dickinson. Mr. Reichert discussed several possibilities and stated he would get back to me with additional information. Mr. Reichert never got back to me via a telephone call or email. Mr. Reichert did not return my email message requests for an update. Even worse, Mr. Reichert did not return my telephone voice mail messages left after his assistant confirmed he was in the office. Mr. Reichert is another North Dakota broker that appears to only be interested in working on fast transactions, meaning real estate buyers with cash-in-hand and ready to close in 30-60 days without any contingencies. I don't have a problem with such an approach provided you tell potential clients your business practice during the first meeting. What's the point of leading clients on, promising to get back to them with additional information and recommendations, when you have no intention of ever working with said clients? Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache that will surely result from working with Mr. Reichert. Life's too short.

At this moment I want to give a one star , but let's be realistic. Things they do right: 1) snow…read moreremoval, in ND this is huge and I was impressed 2) accept credit cards, although limited and with a fee 3) have a website, although I was unable to find a way to pay on that sight 4) easy access office with ability to pay there even after hours drop 5) nice selection of rentals and storage units Things I'm not impressed with 1) only take MC and Visa for credit cards and there is a fee 2) they do not follow up AT ALL if there is any issue with your payment; I paid with a credit card and must have given a wrong number? ( I need glasses). Or I did get payment through and since I'm in three places locating it is impossible for now. 3) they give you a month then lock you out ;without a call, email etc. it's a $60 fee for 10 minutes of their time. 4). You need to request a receipt, it's NOT automatic. Also do NOT hang up or leave until you have verbal confirmation of payment and if CC, check immediately that it show up there. 5) if something went wrong it's all on you. I'm not sure it's worth my time to search. 6) you can pay by phone so that's good, but there is that fee! I'm sure many places do this now? 7) you must give them 30 days in writing when you leave a storage unit. This is probably common, but with the need for storage I'm not sure it's necessary. 8) The staff seems very pleasant unless there is an issue then... not so much. I'm sure they hear every BS story in the books... so although I'm not impressed I'm also not surprised. 9) the doors are horrible to open in winter, so bring de-icer. I doubt there is anything they can do to fix this. It is ND after all, we get cold! All in all; if you choose to rent from them, read the fine print and cover your A$$! They are a management company that deals with all sorts of people and seem to assume the worst. After having renters I understand that thinking but don't advise it. Once I'm out of the unit I'll update this and see how that goes!

I was threatened with eviction multpile times because I didn't feel comfortable with them walking people through the unit when I was not home. 2 weeks before my lease was up I started to move and my girlfriend went into premature labor and we were in the hospital for 4 days and in that time they took it apon themselves to go and throw out and steal hundreds of dollars in my belongings. When asked about it they said they contacted me which they did not. I filed a police report and within 48 hours they "had my belongings at the office" He will not refund me by deposit. Overall this "business" is trash and absolutely money hungry. They don't care about anyone but money and themselves. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
