They were nice people so it was a tough decision for me to leave the first company, especially as we were so close to auction and time was of the essence. I contacted Shalique with Quality Title and from the very first phone call, I KNEW this was the title company we needed. From Shalique to Hailey to Kellye, this was the best title team I have ever had the pleasure of working with for a real estate transaction, and I've worked with with many title company's through the years. This team was kind, knowledgeable and very eager to get the ball rolling. They excel at what they do. The picked up the ball late in the game and hit a grand slam for our family. With most of our family living in North Dakota but my husband and I living in California, it didn't matter. It didn't slow them down. They knew exactly what to do, how to do it and executed everything quickly, while making things not only easy, but pleasant for our family. Quality Title has earned my highest recommendation, so much so that as I sit here Thanksgiving morning and write this review, it's because I'm so grateful for these ladies, they were our A Team. In my option, hiring another company regardless of what county you need help with would be foolish.

The work she did finding a lender that allows to close so that we could get into the home right away was nothing short of a miracle given that we were moving from WAY out of state with an offer letter for a job, but no pays stubs to prove that income. Basically moving on a promise/a wing and a prayer. This lender she found also offers renovation loans on conventional which allows the work to be completed after closing. This could be built into the loan or can be funded by the sellers. Drew Wierson was our real estate agent that got us in touch with Tanya after what seemed like dead end after dead end of speaking to brokers that basically said this move wasnt gonna happen with the resources we had. It was an absolute blessing to work with Tanya and Drew. You get more than just people in the real estate business with them, you get a solid support team through the rollercoaster ride it can be of purchasing a home. We dont plan on moving again but IF we do I will work with no one else other than Tanya and Drew.
