We live in California, and the first title company in Bismarck that I had contacted to obtain new abstracts dropped the ball four times in three weeks. They were nice people so it was a tough decision for me to leave the first company, especially as we were so close to auction and time was of the essence. I contacted Shalique with Quality Title and from the very first phone call, I KNEW this was the title company we needed. From Shalique to Hailey to Kellye, this was the best title team I have ever had the pleasure of working with for a real estate transaction, and I've worked with with many title company's through the years. This team was kind, knowledgeable and very eager to get the ball rolling. They excel at what they do. The picked up the ball late in the game and hit a grand slam for our family. With most of our family living in North Dakota but my husband and I living in California, it didn't matter. It didn't slow them down. They knew exactly what to do, how to do it and executed everything quickly, while making things not only easy, but pleasant for our family. Quality Title has earned my highest recommendation, so much so that as I sit here Thanksgiving morning and write this review, it's because I'm so grateful for these ladies, they were our A Team. In my option, hiring another company regardless of what county you need help with would be foolish.
