History
Established in 1978.
Founded in 1978, CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty has grown from its Bismarck roots to serve communities across North Dakota, including Jamestown and Dickinson. In 2023, CENTURY 21 Action Realtors in Minot joined Morrison Realty, expanding our reach into Minot and the Bakken region.
Today, second-generation owners Tricia Schlosser and Kristin Eisenzimmer continue our tradition of first-class service. Led by non-competing Designated Broker/Owner Tricia Schlosser, our experienced professionals combine local knowledge with the resources of the CENTURY 21 brand to help newcomers and longtime residents meet their real estate goals.
Our services include residential, commercial, land, farm and ranch, investment, and relocation real estate. In 2025, we received the Art Bartlett 2100 Cup, a distinguished honor within the CENTURY 21 network.

With eight years as an educator before real estate, I learned that leadership is measured by how many people grow through your influence. Today, that means providing training, trusted guidance, strong systems, and a team that stands behind our agents and clients.
