Mr. Jensen pointed out a number of things that needed to be addressed before the sale. He also informed us of other characteristics that were typical of that age of house. In viewing prospective homes, we had opportunity to receive copies of a couple of his home inspection reports, and they were incredibly detailed, well explained and professionally photographed. This is direct contrast to our home inspector (who shall go unnamed), who seemed to have have some association with the seller's realtor. IDK of course, but it could make sense that if you want to continue to receive realtor recommendations, that perhaps some obfuscation of the truth might result.

Will never ever recommend or use their service again …read more Never felt they were behind us or were actually working on our behalf as a seller and only cared about making the buyer happy. We had a full price offer the first day of listing and still insisted we keep showing it for two more weeks. Very very poor.
