He promptly answered my call, and said that he would come to my house, after he completed a job that he was working on. Mr. Pardo arrived in a timely manner. He went right to work, to solve the AC issue. He was very thorough with the AC inspection. Shortly after, he was able to find the problem. Through out the process, Mr. Pardo was very clean and tidy. He also answered a few questions that I had about my AC issue. He check the AC's electrical system, Freon levels, extracted trapped water that was inside the unit, cleaned the coils, etc. A little after one hour, my AC unit started to run back up again. Afterwards, he waited a little while to made sure that there were no water leaks, and to make sure that the system would continue running. Since the house was so hot, it took a while to get it entirely cooled. Overnight, my AC was working up to par. I was so happy! And so were my dogs. I will not hesitate to call Mr. Amauri Pardo once again, for my AC needs. He is highly professional, respectful, a good communicator, has great expertise, and is affordable. From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best.
