Travelled through the monotony of downtown construction to get there. And of course, this wonderland has grown over and again. I was kidding the manager that soon they would to take over another storefront. It is JAMPACKED. And not just with your average stuff. You can get things here you'd have to hunt for anywhere else. The staff is ALWAYS kind, helpful and willing to include you in shenanigans. Customers are of all ages here. Young and old. Everyone is friendly and has a story to tell. The comic walls continue to grow to the ceiling and into the lobby which is full of cool toys, Magic cards, novels and comic wearables I haven't seen anywhere else. Got my son a supercool Godzilla hat (pictured) and a team up with the Avengers. They pull the things I want in case I can't make it in (or forget) which makes it all the better if you are a collector. It is clean and well organized and THE place for all my comic needs. The youngest member of our local host family has declared it her favorite toy store in Ann Arbor. Grandparents beware, have a settled upon spending limit before entering. In the past I have purchased baby gifts for others and treats for a toddler. Today the perfect selection was found after a great deal of deliberation and calculations. The store is well stocked with stuffed animals so a baby goat was selected since we had just visited some earlier at White Lotus Farm. And a great beginner reader was also chosen. Our hosts needed some baby gifts for friends, and those they chose, looked great! Selections are beautifully displayed, the staff is friendly and helpful. Quality of everything we saw was excellent.
