Inside the establishment does not improve much but then again this is a practical place where things are made to order and on the whole the quality is excellent. They even offer a free estimate over the phone and the customer service level seems to be of a very high calibre indeed. This place produces wrought iron gates and other similar products and they seem to give great attention detail which means that the quality of the workmanship is high. If you are thinking of going, I'd recommend phoning in advance which allows you to book a microfilm reader or computer. I went for the microfilm reader. Once you arrive, you have to ring a buzzer and then the archive staff come and get you. Take identification - otherwise they will send you on your way home again! There isn't parking available but if you do need somewhere to park your car you should find something on Bridge Street, Woodside and Elgin Way. I had a fairly fruitful visit and would recommend it.

He was really conversational the entire time he was working, but not annoyingly. He had useful, interesting things to say. He was fast at what he did, as well. He obviously really knew what he was doing, not just in fixing the problem with the actual washing machine, but in getting the thing out where he could access it (it's fixed into the counter) without damaging anything. It really didn't take him that long at all, and his prices were reasonable. For an average job they charge £45. And they only charge you £10 to come look at something.
