We have had several phone calls to them and obviously made visits to them to pay but not once did they mention we had 2 weeks notice. We even told them several times when we were planning on moving out but today we found we were charged £83 even though we had moved out. When I when to the reception to tell them I moved out, they didn't even mention anything to me then. We are young and this was definitely a mistake on our part for not reading the contract thoroughly but as a business, I find it extremely disgusting that they will take advantage of young students and not make things explicitly clear from the very beginning.
