Painfully poor customer service. In response to the comment below, I have used this company in the past with no problem and called for a quote for a move, was asked for details, began talking only to be interrupted and told that they weren't interested and then they just hung up. I should add there was nothing unusual about the move at all. Turning down business is one thing, but it doesn't take much to show some manners. I assume if they can't be bothered to talk to people politely, they won't be bothered about other things. It's very easy for firms to make statements about their excellent customer service, not quite so easy to deliver it. To the person who asked me to call, I don't think I'll bother after my last experience, thanks. I've already given the business to somebody else and I won't waste my time listening to you justifying yourself. read more

Amazing guys, they moved my old Mum from Stockport to Ormskirk in a friendly and very considerate time for Mum last week. She was well pleased, therefore so was I, great bunch of lads thanks. Professional removals who turned up on time, were polite, careful and treated my stuff as though it was their Mum's. Can't fault them really, they did a really good job moving us from Warrington to Birmingham. Even asked if everything was ok before they left. Not the cheapest but definitely one of the best.
