I thought they were very good and decided to hire their full services for another move to Spain. What a bad decision....They are great in packing but they are not able to offer a professional service for shipping. Started with estimated delivery time of 2 weeks and ended up in over 6 weeks. I had been chasing them for updates every 3-4 days and they always came up with something. They only contacted me once over email to say that again the service was delayed (as apparently phones were not working....). My advice, go with a professional company for your move. They don't have the resources neither can provide the service that they promise. Disaster.
