Worst dental facility I have ever been to. They further lie to you about "If your teeth don't fit, we will make them over and over until they do fit". When you tell them the teeth don't fit and are way too big for your mouth, they ignore you and ban you from the practice, keeping your money, never finishing the work and never giving you permanent teeth. When I got his opinion on the cavity he laughed and told me what they were doing was unnecessary and more of a preventative measure. He said what the other place saw was very early signs of a cavity. He told me if I continued to take care of my oral hygiene, no cavity would come from that spot. I love the dental hygienists here too. There is one that always makes me laugh and feel incredible. She compliments my teeth and always picks the best flavors for the polishing toothpaste. The woman at the front desk is sweet and quick. She finds the best appointment in a matter of minutes. Quoted me for services without "taking the yearly limit into consideration," as she, "often doesn't take that into consideration." (Her words in quotes) Originally, scheduled for three appointments. After first I had to go back for SIX bite adjustments. After second appointment, Laura explains I will need to pay an additional $600 dollars to finish. Original quotes was $800, new one in middle of service was $1,400. This was a result of her not considering my plans yearly cap.....and filing my claims out of network. She did eventually refuse in-network. I refused to pay the increase and was generally unhappy with my treatment. I left with three cavities needing to be filled on my left side. Next dentist disagreed. Only one of the cavities had broken through the enamel. I was able to stop the other two by flossing properly. New dentist also said with the amount of filling in the tooth (the one I had to go back for six times), they would have capped it. The only reason I didn't give it one star, was because I liked the Dr. I hope he can address the issues and fix his practice. Wife, whom had been using him 26 years, was disgusted by the treatment and was very sorry for recommending him. She has been very happy with Dr. Rusnak's practice and I'm very happy with Dr. Oley's.

The lovely ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are always accommodating when it comes to those pesky insurance questions. Over the last twenty-plus years I've seen several hygienists and have no complaints about any of them. All were/are good about insuring my comfort level during my routine cleanings and explaining the next steps rather than just barking, "Open. Close. Open. Close." I did have two minor surgeries with Indrani as my Dental Assistant. There aren't enough words to express what a beautiful, caring person she is and how she made sure I knew everything the dentist was going to do. Speaking of dentists, Dr. Haueis and Dr. C are both tier one doctors and people. Their energy is reflected in the vibe throughout the office. I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Haueis and the timing would help me use up my FSA funds. Unfortunately, he was called out of the office for a personal emergency and my appointment had to be cancelled. When the staff realized my circumstances, Dr. C fit me in the same day and I didn't lose my funds. This was the epitome of caring for the patient. I would have no qualms about recommending these fine folks to anyone, even if it meant I had to wait a little longer for an appointment!
