Fast forward to today (over a week later), we still haven't heard from them. My husband has called a few more times the last week and not a blip from them. I texted the owner's number last night and told him my hesitation in posting this negative review due to their extreme lack of communications. Still no response. As much as I like supporting local businesses, I'm also one who leaves reviews based on our experience (negative or positive). I don't recommend them and are now on the lookout for another reputable electrician.

We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service. The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired. I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it. I initially thought they were great. However, I was told I would need to have my kitchen rewired…read moredue to old wiring. They replaced two outlets for me after one was sparking and another was not functioning properly. In replacing the outlets, they caused additional issues in the other outlets in my kitchen area where power was not coming to all of them in the kitchen. I had a second opinion and they had to replace the two that Tejas did and then the power returned to the other outlets. Not only did I not need to have any wiring redone, I had to replace the work that they did initially. Super disappointed. :(
