She is rather arrogant and full of herself. Makes comments like "I'm good" and goes on and on about her personal issues, stops in your room while she's taking care of everyone else in the other rooms and acts exhausted and tells you so and what a busy day it is. I don't care! I want my work done at my scheduled time and not have to sit around while shes taking care of multiple patients. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE SITTING IN THERE FOR A FEW HOURS!!! MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. Sure it's a nice office BUT YOU ARE PAYING OUT OF THE NOSE FOR HER SERVICES. She tells mixed stories, sometimes it's that you need a full set of xrays every year and then others its every three years. Sometimes you need an exam every visit others just once a year. The bottom line is that they only care about getting the big bucks. How can you take a dental office seriously when they add in BOTOX treatment!!!! They off this at local beauty salons. They make you feel like you have an issue and not them. I'm a reasonable and intelligent person. I don't need to be treated like an idiot. They should look at the whole picture and not be so arrogant.. They have nothing to be arrogant about.

I literally cried (of happiness!!!) during my first appointment with her, and on several occasions since. After years of dental problems - severe TMJ, repeated fractured teeth, crowns that I would grind out of my mouth in my sleep despite multiple different mouth guards - I decided to try a new dentist and found Dr. Farid. Instead of telling me how we would fix each individual problem that I was having, she told me we needed to change how my mouth works as a whole. I was floored - in all the years of going to numerous dentists, no one had EVER suggested that my mouth could be fixed! She laid out a plan for how we would accomplish this and told me the end result would be teeth that are functional and beautiful. It has been somewhat of a long journey, but right on point with the expectations she set during that first meeting, and I can now say that she came through on her promise and, somehow, more. Thinking about all she has done for me brings tears to my eyes every time. She saw me as a whole person instead of looking at a tooth or a cavity that needed to be fixed. She takes so much care in her work, and always gave me as many options as she could to make me as comfortable as possible. And she never ever made me feel rushed, no matter how many questions I had or how many times after an appointment I called with more follow up questions. As if all that isn't enough, her team completes this perfect package. Her dental hygienist, Nataliya, and her receptionist, Rhonda, are incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, and were all-in sharing the excitement with me each time we reached a new milestone in my treatment plan. Now all my crowns and bridge is worn down and has holes because it wasn't cemented correctly. Now I have at least $15,000 worth of dental work to be done. I called the office and left a vm explaining what happened. I used to be a dental assistant. You have to check the bite to make sure it's not hitting other teeth and dental work so this doesn't happen. I never got a call back and now I'm stuck with a big expense.

I got my wisdom teeth removal here recently and I only have amazing things to say about this place. I'll start with the technical aspects - Dr. Cho is extremely smart and knows what he's doing. Prior to my wisdom teeth removal, he joked to my mom and I that he has a secret method for removing the teeth so that my gums and mouth won't hurt as much as others afterwards. But just as he said, the night of my removal was spent wearing off the numbness with strange feelings in my mouth as expected, but the very next morning it was almost like I never got anything done! The procedure and everything after was so smooth for me that my coworkers were also shocked at how it seemed so painless and different from their wisdom teeth removal experiences. Another thing I applaud Dr. Cho is his transparency. My specific teeth situation was a bit complicated and more special of a procedure because of how close some nerves were to my teeth, but Dr. Cho fully explained everything so we could understand the situation and decide between some options he laid down for us. Another big plus was explaining it in Korean for my mom so she could easily understand as well! Everyone in the office works extremely hard for their patients. The first consultation appointment we went in, we ended up staying for a half hour past closing time! While the receptionists went left for home after wrapping up their work, Dr. Cho and Dr. Erin Cho stayed behind to finish our consultation then closed up themselves and left. Additionally, when it came to insurance and payments, the receptionists did their best with checking with the insurance companies instead of just charging us whatever. Overall, a very 5/5 experience with this office! Of course it depends on your specific situation and insurance, but I can say for myself that I had a painless wisdom teeth removal with minimal payment and no problems 6 months out!
