Something my dentist never mentioned. The receptionist explained the advantages of an implant and said if I wanted an implant I would probably need a bone graft. She also went over costs. I went in for my appointment and everything went well. Dr. Sisto & staff were very professional and caring. A few months later I went back to have 2 implants placed. Again, I had no issues & no pain during or after the procedure. I had several check up appointments in between and after the procedures and nothing has changed. Dr. Sisto and his staff are always very nice and always professional.

I was groaning, thrashing, crying and sweating profusely. He wouldn't stop. I am literally traumatized. Wish I'd chosen DiFranco instead. Would have been a completely different experience. This has always been the one surgery I dreaded because of her love for food. She also can only drink with a straw. I was worried about dry socket and sedation in an office. The surgery was great and rather easy. He said she could eat anything and drink from her straw. He packed the holes with collagen so we didin't have to worry about dry socket. The first 24 hrs were amazing, then one hole got infected. She "chipmunk"s her food. We didn't rinse well. Dr. Loeser gave us a few options. First change the antibiotics and he would help us keep her out of the hospital. So everyday I syringed a bacteria cleanser in the hole and went to his office everyday in between his patients for 2 weeks. I didn't have to but it helped me to know it was getting better not worse. He was patient with me, kind to her and we stayed out the hospital. His staff went above and beyond for us. They made accommodations that most places wouldn't do. Besides all the extra care, the offices are clean and his prices are reasonable.

I found it hard to get answers from either surgeons but they were both insisting that it was an emergency. Basically telling me not to wait more than a week. I did not feel comfortable so I consulted with 2 orthodontists and Dr. Spina who all told me very adamantly that it was NOT an emergency and instructed us to wait 12 months in hopes that the issue corrected itself before putting my son through the trauma of surgery. After leaving Dr. Spina's office for the consultation I felt educated and more comfortable in making the decision to wait. Sadly, the issue did not correct itself and therefore a little over a year later we scheduled the surgery with Dr. Spina. His staff, from the front desk to the young lady who wheeled him in a chair to the car were amazing. Dr. Spina answered all my questions, thoughtfully before and after the procedure. I was a bit nervous knowing my son was going under anesthesia and having surgery. He and his staff were so kind, they made us both feel very comfortable and most importantly the surgery went very smoothly and so far my son's recovery is going well. I would also like to point out that they found a minor error (their fault) on my billing. They brought it to my attention and they fixed it. I honestly would not have noticed, but that to me showed honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Dr. Spina and his staff.

I just moved into the area and having to switch to new doctors always made me felt nervous, especially when I am due with my baby at any moment and having to go through a whole new dental procedure. First of all, her dental office was extremely clean and all the equipments were new and updated. She and her staff spent about an hour examining my teeth and that made me felt like they really care about their patients. I also wasn't aware that the first visit usually only consists of "check-ups" and patients needed to schedule a follow-up appointment for routine cleaning - but after communicating my situation with Dr. Luna (with a baby due any moment), she squeezed me into her busy schedule today so I can have my teeth examined and cleaned before my due date. On top of that, she was more thoughtful and careful that I was that she recommended putting all the other procedures (such as X-rays and etc.) postpartum and double made-sure that my teeth would have no problem in the next six months before I come back to see her again. I am really glad that I picked Dr. Luma as my new dentist. I felt very comfortable and taken cared of as a patient here. Thank you, doctor!

That said, my experience with Dr. Pedersen I have to say has been spectacular so along with everyone else, I'm giving her a well deserved five stars. Go to her! She knows what she is doing and had a lot of compassion in her work with me. She explained everything to me 100% and her pricing is fair (look up Pedersen Fonda DDS- same place and also google reviews). Plus to have a dental service available on a 911 basis is extraordinary.
