This was my first and last time coming here. I called and made an appointment, while making an appt I told the person over the phone I was 7 months pregnant and didn't want X-rays I just wanted a dental cleaning. He said that was ok then made the appt. They had me arrive 30 min early to the appt ( and I had to get a dental clearance from my Obgyn) once I showed up I reminded them again that I didn't want X-rays until after I had the baby. Still front desk said ok that's fine. Once I got into the room. After asking me a whole bunch of questions the dental assistant told me they can't do my cleaning unless I took x rays and dismissed me. My son goes here for chiropractic care he likes it so I thought I'd see if I can go here too because I have back pain. So they told me last time they don't take my insurance but they have this slide fee program that I could qualify for that starting at $25 up to $90 a visit well my copay would have been $45 with my insurance so I filled out the form looked for and printed my husband's paystubs brought them in today only to find out she talked to the manger and it's illegal WTH. Such a waste of time. How dumb they didn't know this when 3 different people said I could. Insurance makes everything go slow, and it's frustrating. Not many early or late appts. Had a dental assistant who didn't know how to spell bulimia (new af?!) and whose negligent actions when removing and trying to bag my oral jewelry resulted in me losing $30 worth of jewelry. Subsequently, my Angel bite piercings are at risk of closing up ($200+ investment wasted!). Please, only let novice dentists or dental assistants work on children or people in need of very little work, not people who have to come regularly for lots of work. Was told in advance the new crown may not match the others in color. She truly is a gem. *** The office staff is: HORRIBLE. A year ago I reviewed regarding NO patient "care" by front office. There was improvement in attitude and I acknowledged the improved staff demeanor. Well, ONCE AGAIN, my last appointment was SO UNCOMFORTABLE due to LOUSY unfeeling young female(s) in front office. So awfully SAD to say it appears that office personnel can only manage to smile to patients based on their last names. No one should be EXPECTED to "like" everyone they meet. These ladies just kept gossiping & laughing about stupid stuff during my entire procedure. & weren't even paying attention like they should to what they were doing. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this medical clinic. I was waiting for blood work results for my son and received a call on Friday afternoon to make an appointment for the following Tuesday because the doctor wanted to see us. You know when they do that, it's because something was not normal in the blood work. I begged the lady on the phone to have the supervisor or doctor call me since it was a long holiday weekend. Imagine being a worried mom waiting four days to speak with the doctor. She said she wasn't allowed to give me any results over the phone, which I understood, but I needed to talk to someone authorized to at least tell me if the results were worse than the last ones or the same. She said she would send a request to the doctor. My heart was pounding, and as a mom, imagine waiting almost four days because they are closed on Monday due to the holiday. Guess what? Nobody called back. I waited for the call after I hung up around 3:00 PM, and they close at 5:30 PM. It seems they only care about their business, and this is not the first time I have had this type of issue. Very uncaring and unprofessional place. Friendly staff but I would be careful not to go to a chiropractor here. I usually go to the one in Moorpark but the chiropractor there is on leave, so I went here which was a mistake. The chiropractor I saw was very quick with me and didn't get to know my needs at all. She was extremely rough, and she was very rough on my neck, and kept insisting it cracked even though it was out of cracks. I felt like a rag doll in there. Due to this, it injured my neck and my neck and shoulders have been in a lot of pain, I had to get prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication which I don't like taking but the pain is too much. I will probably have to miss some work too which I don't want to because I don't get paid for the time I miss. It's been hurting everyday since and has not gotten any better. But when I come to my appointment it's Dr. Silder instead. She informs me she can't finalize it but Dr O'Malley can. So they give him call but turns out he's not in the office. It's ridiculous that my appointment was to finalize my contacts but yet he wasn't in the office to do so. So that appointment was a waste of my time and I live 40-50 mins away from this location. Oh. I get an eye exam and I get my glasses from clinicas and I can't see out of them. I go to lens crafters and get an eye exam and it is sooo off of range compared to clinicas but yet I can see so clear and almost perfect with the glasses I paid out of pocket for at lens crafters. Clinicas has been very negligent with care. The dentist, the doctors, the optometrist. Oh and the young girls upstairs at the front desk are a joke. Very rude lol. MEDICAL is a joke especially at clinicas. I'd rather pay out of pocket for Kaiser to actually be cared for as a patient. Like where do they get these doctors and staff from? I'm honestly curious. The doctors i see are ok. But the referrals are either never sent or sent messed up. Its a little rushed and nothing gets resolved it seems. My brother has been referred to Dr. Lanette Hatch at this facility and I must say this is the best thing that has happened to my brother at Clinicas! Dr. Hatch has been so helpful and kind and has shown actual care and concern for my brothers health! My brother has moved forward and doing so much better under her care moreso then any other doctor at this facility! I highly recommend her! She actually provides real help for her patients! She's very attentive and gets things rolling! I cannot say the same for the other staff there. My brother has waited months for his referrals to go through and tossed around from place and doctor to doctor without any positive results! Ever since Dr. Hatch stepped in we have seen positive and quick results. Again, I cannot recommend her more. read more

I visited Clinicas today because I have been suffering from severe back pain. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in. I let the doctor know I have a mass that needs to be removed. My main purpose was to get help in the interim of getting the surgery. The doctor felt around my lower back and suggested I see their chiropractor on-site. I saw the chiropractor and also let her know about my mass. She read through my file and saw the MRI I had done last summer. She told me "ice is my best friend". The doctor had ordered an ultrasound to be done. When the person doing the ultrasound showed up she enlightened me that the doctor and the chiropractor are treated as two separate visits. If I would have known that it was going to be an additional charge to see the chiropractor I wouldn't have agreed to it. I feel like that was such a scam. I got a call a couple hours after I got home about how the doctor was reviewing the MRI in my file and really would like me to schedule an appointment with them because they were concerned of the mass. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I told the doctor and the chiropractor about how I believe my severe back pain was most likely due to my mass. Instead of them fully taking the time to review everything when I was there they decided to wait until I left. I feel like there's a lack of communication and their priorities are all over the place. I feel like the visit today was a waste of time and money. Icing my mass has done absolutely nothing. I don't see any reason in visiting this facility again. Just called a day later to schedule an appointment for this upcoming Friday to go over the ultrasound results. Come to find out by the receptionist I spoke with that I didn't have an ultrasound. It was more like a massage but no images were taken or anything. Why they call it an ultrasound when that clearly wasn't what I had done is beyond me! An absolute lie. read more

This place deceived me. After my insurance approved I could go here and filling out ten pages of paperwork I was seated in the dental chair and was told by the staff the work would be covered. Weeks later I get a bill showing the exam and x rays were not covered. I was told after trying to appeal this claim that it's not the responsibility of the staff to know if I'm covered ... now I'm forced to pay this bill... supposed to carry a booklet from my insurance to verify if I'm covered ... Now as a lay person do we have to no all the coding and how we're covered to go to a dental office ???? Why is it not the office workers responsibility ?? This place has the worst pediatrician on the planet, doctor Agarwal miss diagnosed my daughter with asthma, got a second opinion and a chest X-ray to reveal that my 5 year old had bilateral pneumonia when I called the office to speak with doctor Agarwal she declined to take my phone call and her assistant said she would get back to me but I never heard from either one of them! Do not take your child to see doctor Agarwal their life could depend on it! I had a mass that I later insisted she examine. My son totally neglected after we drove 30 miles to get to his appointment with Dr Hatch then she refused to see him bcoz the paperwork from the other hospital hadn't arrived to the clinic so they waited to tell us the same day? Worst place to work or be a patient in. It's always something with this place. Turned away twice after I had called to confirm my appointment, just to show up and have the optimal front desk Medical Assistant say she gave my appointment away. Than I couldn't get an appointment for another 2 weeks out. After attending my new appointment I waited almost a month to receive contacts. When my contacts had arrived I called to pick them up the call center told me I needed an appointment to pick them up, and the next available appointment would be another two weeks out. I never knew I needed an appointment just to swing by and pick them up. It's disgusting how this clinic treats people, especially an ex-employee. Called to speak to the manager and she did nothing about it and never got a call back. It took 2 months to get my contacts. And don't even get me started with medical. They always move my appointments and have zero options for new appointments, even if it's urgent. Today I got a call letting me know my appointment would be canceled for tomorrow. Mind you my results came in Monday.I have to wait another 3 weeks just to have the obgyn read me my results over a phone call. It's ridiculous I'm completely over this clinic. You mean to tell me another doctor can't take 5 mins out of there day to read me my results over a phone call?.... Do not recommend this clinic at all. read more

About 2 years ago I chose this place to be the primary care physician (PCP) for the health needs of my children when I was unemployed. That was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. When you choose a PCP make sure to choose wisely & that includes avoiding this place. Every visit seemed to require so much paperwork and a big waste of my time. Instead of taking care of my kids in one visit, they wanted to split it up into several. For example, what normally would take one visit for a dental check up for my son, they wanted to split it up into four separate visits over the course of two months. I suspect they make more money this way from the carrier. Luckily I called my previous dentist and he agreed to see my son on a reduced cash basis. All it took was ONE visit for everything he needed. If you love your kids and value your time, avoid going here!! read more

i don't want to hate this place yet when I moved here to simi it became clear that they don't want to help you it's takes days for the dr to get my meds filled and I have asthma. The Moorpark one is good and I can usually get my meds within a day yet here it's takes days. Mental health services here are joke I needed mental health in the beginning of 2020. The doctor would spend about a total of 15 minutes on the phone with me and assumed that would be enough. Horrible place for medical care. Our doctor never returned our calls after the emergency room told us to follow up immediately. Being pregnant with twins and having complications didn't even mean enough for Dr. Yasmin Sarafzadeh to return our call on 3 separate occasions!!! We finally just switched doctors because no pregnant woman wants to feel neglected by their Ob. The waits were super long as well, the whole experience was horrible. Hmmm I'm confused by the reviews on here! I got assigned to this clinic so of course I came on here to see the reviews and it has 2 stars!!! That threw me off but I still decided to give it a fair chance and I'm glad I did! the clinic off Madera st is super clean, I also encounter maybe 5 staff and they were all super nice. My nurse was awesome and then Doctor Sohal was sweet and easy to talk to. My appointment was at 10:45, I got into a room by 10:40 and the doctor, no lie, came in by 10:50 the latest. Best wait time of my life! (At the last clinic I was going to I use to wait 1-3 hrs!!!!!) so this is a MAJOR step up. So far this clinic has been amazing. Dr. Khan is a wonderful doctor. He uses the coordinating specialties at Las Clinicas well to treat patients on various levels of care. I was so impressed with his manner of care and ability to explain health issues that I asked if he would be the primary doctor for my children as well. What a JOKE! I called the office today to make an appointment for my daughter for a sore throat, possibly strep. Pediatrician wont be in for 5 days but was told to walk in & a doctor world see her. I CONFIRMED - "I dont need an appointment & a doctor will see her?" "yes, of course." I was told. I told her Id be in about 4:30, was told no problem they are open til 5:30. I left work early & when we got there - was told "oh all the patients showed up. The dr cant see her. But a nurse can take her vitals." WTF???? Then offered to make an appointment for me. Ummm, NO! Came here because it's one of the few gynecologists that takes my insurance in the area. I came here for my second time in April of 2017. They called me while I was at school saying they lost my records that I had taken in on my first visit. This was a few days before my appointment and they said that I had to physically go in to give them my paperwork that they lost. I told them on the phone that they already had my paperwork and they put me on hold for about 7 minutes. Then I got hung up on. I was so mad by this point. It was a big fiasco when I go in there, I tell them that they already had my paperwork. They told me to wait so I waited patiently. They finally figured it out somehow after asking me where my previous gyno was located and other minor questions. So confusing and annoying. So the day of my appointment comes, and the doctor literally checks my breasts for lumps for one second, rushing through my whole appointment. I had a few questions about some feminine issues I had been having, and the doctor told me, "well when I get the test results back, I'll let you know." I said, "hm ok....," so months pass without them calling me or mailing me my test results. I went to another gyno in town in August of 2017 for the feminine issue I was still having and they told me right away I had a yeast infection for months and the new doctor wondered why Clinicas didn't notice it. So I got a Pap smear at Clinicas months before this, and I had a noticeable yeast infection that they neglected to tell me? Never coming back to this poor excuse for a gynecologist. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I wish I could give this place zero stars. read more
