I had a problem with a test taken there.. the test administrator decided to follow her own opinions instead of following the actual rules of what the test states. Cassy and I went back-and-forth for a while and she said some rude things and I really do not appreciate and clearly stated that her license and opinion matter more than what the test said or what the test instructions say. Which I do understand and I commend her for trying to follow the roles best that she can, but I don't think that should give you the right to decide when something is positive or negative when the manufacturers of the test clearly say that a faint line is negative. All of that aside I was very very easily able to get in contact with higher management very quickly, which was very surprising. Kim, the woman who was finally able to resolve the issue was absolutely fantastic., she did not feed around the bush. She apologized, admitted the mistake and got the issue resolved. When I came back up here to get the form showing that my test was negative there was a little bit more confusion and I was working with Serena this time, she was also extremely polite and courteous was not snappy or had any sort of attitude, and she helped me resolve the issue in a timely manner which I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend People to visit this location. If they are needing to take a test, I would just ask for it to not be administered by Cassidy.

She was an intense listener and well focused on her patient. My regular provider has failed consistently for the last two years. Nancy and HCE absolutely saved the day (and me). I want to thank , Kerrigan, Jennifer, Austin, Manny, Abigail, Krystal, Hanna, and Stephanie. They were welcoming, and provided me with the absolute best customer care. They made me feel seen and supported during my time there. While every medical visit has its complexities, these people are the reason I felt cared for. Thank you for your kindness.. I may have missed a name or two, and if I did, I am so sorry . please know that the kindness from the whole team did not go unnoticed and I'm so thankful.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life here they have hired new providers they are absolutely horrible. I left feeling worse than when i came in. Had almost no communication with providers until i basically had a panic attack begging to be discharged because i felt as if i was just going to get worse there. I will never be back.

Today was my second visit to Dr. Pulipaka's office. The first visit was with the doctor herself…read more She was very kind and thorough. I really felt like we would get some answers about my recent stroke (or whatever it was). She scheduled me to come back in a couple weeks to have an EEG (brain scan kind of thing) done. This would be my second visit. I was told to only get 3 hours of sleep last night and be at the office at 8:20 this morning. I was called right back. I do not know the young lady's name who ran the test but I will edit this as soon as I find out. It's kind of a long process with the head mapping and putting all the little metal discs all over your head, etc. but I wrote all this to say that at 52 years old and countless doctors and specialists I've had to go to thorough the years, THIS day was the best day in a doctor's office. Just chatting with her about whatever we felt like. Lol. It was like being at the beauty shop. She was so great. She is definitely doing a job she loves and loves people. I wish everyone working in the medical field one on one with patients were that much of a joy to be around.

On 11.21.24 I entered Treviso for intensive physical therapy after a total knee replacement. This…read morewas the best decision I could have made. The nursing staff is wonderful. The physical therapy department is top notch. They care about the patients. We even were part of the Christmas parade in Longview. They constantly encourage and participate in individual recovery. As much help as I needed in the beginning, I never felt as though I was a bother. I plan on continuing to get better and eventually go back as a volunteer. I hope not to need more physical therapy in the future, but if I do, I know where I'll go. Susan Anderson

We put my 89 yr. old father in the inpatient rehab wing for physical therapy. We chose Treviso…read moreafter touring the facility and talking to Abe, who was extremely helpful at that initial meeting. The facility was lovely and had no odor and had a great PT room. Staff was about what you'd expect; some shifts were great and some were not great. He was there 3 weeks when he had a fall. They took him to the ER, where he was checked out and released. Upon returning to Treviso, he was there for a matter of hours when he fell again. This time they called an ambulance, due to the seriousness of the head injury. He went back to the ER and this time was admitted. He was there a couple of days before he passed away in the hospital. My mom and I went back to Treviso that same day and removed his belongings from his room. We received absolutely no contact from Treviso at all. No condolence call, no sympathy card, no email, nothing. Granted, they probably thought we might sue them and they were not saying a word. We were not interested in suing, although you would think they would have kept a close eye on someone who had just returned from the ER due to a fall. I even sent an email to Abe saying it was disappointing to not hear anything from them after my dad's passing. (The hospital had told us that Treviso had been checking in on my dad while he was there, but after he died there was radio silence). But nothing but crickets. So my experience was that they will initially come across as very caring, but that is not the case. I don't blame staff for this; like I said, some were great (we had our favorites) and some were not. But this lack of compassion and humanity falls on Abe and Terry and it just added another level of hurt to a grieving situation. A simple act of respect to a grieving widow was not a lot to expect. And it has definitely had an impact on our experience there.
