Longview Cancer Center strives to make each visit as painless as possible for the patient. It is a beautiful facility with a staff of highly skilled doctors, nurses and employees. From the moment you walk into the center, you are treated like family. The staff goes out of their way to insure that you feel comfortable, safe and well cared for. Recently, I've spent a lot of time at the center with my grandmother. The thought of radiation treatments and chemotherapy are enough to scare any patient. Yet, the doctors, nurses and staff always succeed in making my grandmother feel at ease and comforted. If you are faced with a difficult disease like cancer and are in the Longview area, I highly recommend this facility. You or your loved one will receive the best care avaiable and be welcomed with open arms.

I'm disabled. Made the effort to walk in and up to 4th floor of Urology Center. At the desk I was…read moretold no cash pay for copays. I don't carry credit cards. A clerk, not the one me, inserted herself in the conversation by rudely telling me all doctors charge a copay. I replied yes, unfortunately I see many and have always paid in cash. I ask if they could bill me the $35. I was told no and if I couldn't produce a CC I would not be seen today or in the future. I had waited about a month for this appointment. So they basically refused to see me over $35 and lost billing my insurance hundreds of dollar. They also lost a patient. Extremely poor customer service and poor planning by management.
