April 1st I made an appointment for July 12th at 12pm. On July 11th at 4:42pm, I receive a message:…read more"Hi, This message is for _______. This is Dr. Day's office calling to remind you of your appointment for tomorrow, the 12th of July at 12pm. If you are unable to make this appointment or need to reschedule, if you can give us a call back at the office. Our call back number is _____. Have a good day." Notice there's no request for me to call back UNLESS I was cancelling or rescheduling. Notice the time...had I called back their office would've been closed. In the middle of work and another phone call on July 12th at 9:55am, I received another phone message: "Hi, this message is for_____. This is Dr. Charles Day's office calling in reference to your consultation that was setup for today at 12pm. Unfortunately, due to failure to confirm, we will have to get your appointment cancelled. If you did wanna reschedule you can give us a call back at ____. Have a good day" Notice this is not a second confirmation; this is a cancellation bc I did not pick up the phone in the middle of me being busy. Notice this is 2 hours before my appointment was to take place, and 3 months after the appoinment was made. I send a message to speak to an office mgr or to Dr. Day. I get a 3rd long message from Christal (not sure how it's spelled) at 11am, stating that "usually" there are two confirmation phone calls, "usually" they will call days before, and "usually" they tell the customer to call back to confirm since they dont use either texts, or emails. Basically, a lot of "usually", BUT these usuals did not happen to me. When I return Christal's phone call, she went on the same long tangent without allowing me to speak for almost 2mins. Finally, I had to interrupt her and let her know that I did not receive a request to call back. I received a "reminder call." No where in that message was I instructed to call back, UNLESS I was cancelling or changing the appointment. Since I was doing neither, my appointment should have stood the same. She stated that "just like every other clinic around here" they call for a confirmation. I took her tone as an attitude and replied that "I am grown, and have been to many appointments around here, so have my children, I got to the VA and when there's confirmation required they send or ask for it. Otherwise it's just a reminder, which is what I got." She replied "Well we're not the VA..." to quickly I responded,"I didnt say you were. YOU compared yourselves to every other clinic around here. As a matter of fact I go to a clinic in Your bldg on your floor. And there's a STARK CONTRAST between what is a confirmation call and just a reminder." She begins to raise her voice and interrupt, "well moving forward...MOVING FORWARD..." So I interrupt, "moving forward you all need to work on not confusing your verbiage. I did NOT receive a confirmation request. I was reminded of my appointment from 3 mos ago. I did not receive a 2nd request..." She interrupts "yes, you did..." I retort, "NO I DID NOT! I have the voicemails, I listened to them twice before you called. You cant tell me what someone else said thats recorded! The young lady that called my phone left a message for cancellation. The appointment was cancelled BEFORE she left that message! There was nothing about a confirmation on that message, 2hrs before my appointment. Nothing! So bc of your waitlist...I too was on that waitlist, although, not for a month, FOR THREE...my appointment was cancelled bc why? bc I didnt pick up the phone as soon as yall called. I work, just like you are, I cant always pick up the phone right when people call me. This is why voicemail was created. And if Im asked to return a phone call, I do, when I get a moment. What if I was in a medical office? In court? I STILl would not have picked up the phone, but would have been to my appointment ON TIME. I didnt get that opportunity." She finally replies "well, when we call we expect our customers to call back, even if we dont ask them to, we just assume..." "How would I know to calk back if you dont say so? Again, EVERY OTHER CLINIC will ask, or they will leave a reminder. Months ago I was told she would call and remind me, but I didnt need to do anything else." So now it changed from we leave confirmation requests, to you dont tell them to call back and confirm, you just assume they will. Customers now have to have an ESP requirement? She began to raise her voice even more. Finally, I said "...and you just keep on giving excuses. Im tired of listening, bc youre not. Im good. Thanks. You lost your doctor a lot of money, so Im good. Thanks Bye Bye (as I pull the phone away she is just loudly speaking)" and I hang up. I leave a message for Dr. Day anyway, as we have a personal connection, about his staff. After receiving treatment from Dr Day I will never trust another Doctor the same way again! An…read morealready devastating experience of loosing one breast to breast cancer made worse by seeing Dr Day, who was more concerned about the cost to himself than the Standard of Care to the patient! I saw Dr Day well over a year ago, after having a unilateral, nipple sparing, mastectomy. Dr Day waited until my very last follow up visit to tell me about Alloderm to explain the unaesthetic result and the asymmetry between my two breasts. He was sorry that Tricare does not cover for Alloderm and that I would have to go back to my PCM to get approval. That was a bunch of BS, but I did it anyway! (IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO GOOGLE WHAT TRICARE COVERS FOR A PATIENT WITH A MASTECTOMY) His staff made it astronomically impossible to make that worthless appointment, but when I did get in to see him he gave me more misleading information. I have actually seen three other plastic surgeons after seeing Dr Day, one at Darnall and two at S&W, all of whom are unable to use the Alloderm or Strattice, because it is simply to late! To much of my muscle has been retracted and the Alloderm or Strattice would have had to have stretched with the tissue expander in order for it to grow into my own tissue, giving it a little sag, a more natural appearance and more symmetry. The best any of these plastic surgeons can do for me now, is to fix my pocket and suture in a crease. My implant is now being to migrate below my inframammory fold because I have nothing holding it in place like Alloderm, Strattice, Neoform, or Flex HD. Dr Day could have offered me any of these, but didn't, because according to Dr Day Tricare doesn't cover for it. It's against the law for them not to! Personally, I think what Dr Day did to me, should be against the law! One of the most UNPROFESSIONAL and MISLEADING experiences I have ever encountered with a physician or staff! I will never trust anyone in the medical community after this Doctor and staff!

I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom tooth extracted due to the way the tooth grew…read morein. The staff were very nice and attentive with X-rays and questions. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

I'm not upset about this as I am a lawyer and I understand that a second effort to smooth out the bone is very probably necessary in some cases. The healing of the bone in some cases may leave rough spots on the bone where dentures will not fit ideally. The staff and Dr. Ormeni were excellent. I think this is a good medical provider and I highly recommend this facility and specifically Dr. Ormeni.

All my payments are not there, they made me pay 25.00 a month for amount they say I owed. It's back to where it started from and I haven't been there. My insurance I had,sent me tons of paperwork saying I don't owe anything, IPA didn't turn all the paperwork in on time and it says on my insurance print outs patient owes zero. The Insurance said IPA is making me pay because insurance didn't pay them until they resubmit it. I have the paperwork and conversations printed out. They still taking 25.00 a month out after me explaining this to them. Insurance said they will cut a check to them when info is resubmitted. They also charged me when I met my deductible. I am sending a letter of ceasing my payments, they are not Authorized to take money from my debit card under this act, Any transaction attempted or processed after receipt of this notice shall be considered unauthorized, unlawful, and subject to dispute, and may constitute a violation of the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. § 1693 et seq.) and applicable state and federal law. This needs to stop now. If the certified letter doesn't make them stop, I will take it to court and ask for all my money back. If they stop now, I won't ask for the money they ripped me off of!!! Look at these stacks and stacks of papers since 2023 they been charging me, for something they didn't turn in on time. I talked to insurance, they said all my balances are zero because insurance didn't pay all that because IPA didn't turn in on time. They rip you off here, sketchy. Drs are fine, the office don't know their crap. I'm going to go to the bank also and give them a copy of certified letter. IPA can get into big trouble taking that out of my card after I went up there with paperwork and told them I do not Authorize my card to be used. I wanted them to make copies of what I brought, lady said take a seat 30 min later my dad come in and said he's going to be late to an appointment. We left. I've called them several times they argue and say I owe all that!!! Insurance says no I don't. Here's the stacks of proof and letter from IPA. IPA again I do not authorize you to take anything out of my account by my card. Do something now then I won't go on, if not y'all, my bank and attorney will get copies. I scheduled an appointment for a young person with a fracture to meet with Dr. Hansen. The first available appointment wasn't until a week later, which was concerning because the ER that first identified the fracture recommended he be seen within two days. However, this was the soonest appointment we could acquire, so we set it. The receptionist took my contact information, the patient information, insurance info, etc. I called a few times within that week just to check if any slots had opened up. I also received appointment reminder calls a few days before. Throughout all of these conversations, no concerns were raised. Today, when we arrive for our appointment, we are told that neither Dr. Hansen nor anyone else at that facility accepts our insurance. And I'm stuck with a kid with a fractured arm, who should've been seen days ago, without medical attention. This is all time that could've served his well being and it's been wasted. I am pretty disappointed in the way the clinic handled this unfortunate situation. They didn't offer any corrective measures, suggest other physicians, offer to help us find another appointment; they didn't even take responsibility. The woman at the front desk just continued saying she didn't know why the scheduler allowed me to schedule an appointment with that insurance, that she was a floater...she couldn't even really tell me what the scheduler's role in the office was. She just kept telling me that she's not affiliated with the clinic, that the scheduler was filling in for her, that I wasn't the first one this happened to. Just trying to pass the blame instead of at least saying "this was a temp worker. We did a poor job of training her" or "we made a mistake entrusting her with our scheduling and we should've followed up with patients once we realized she was making mistakes" or something! But no, it "clearly" wasn't their fault since she wasn't a permanent worker there.

His office staff is efficient, knowledgable, fast, and friendly. We were seen just hours after our pediatrician put in the referral. Dr. Hansen spent real time with my son, doing a thorough exam, and answered all my questions. He even reviewed the x-rays with my son and me, so we could see exactly what he was explaining. We never felt rushed. We got the x-rays and a cast right away, so the ligament was safe, secure, and could start healing, which gave me so much relief. My son never missed a minute of practice or a game which made him happy too! We had no trouble getting the follow up appointment, and we felt very comfortable and welcome when calling with questions. My son just got his cast off today, as well as another comprehensive exam to ensure the ligament had properly healed and were urged to call or make a follow up appointment if needed. The staff member who removed the cast joked around with my son and really put him at ease as she expertly wielded the saw, which he had been very nervous about. The entire experience was amazing! Dr. Hansen and Precision Medical Group are definitely the GOLD standard in sports medicine. Thank you Dr. Hansen!

Today was my first time seeing a different hygienist from my usual Jesenika. This hygienist's name is Jennifer Townzen. If she walks into your room to do your cleaning, I highly recommend asking for a different person or ask to reschedule. My appointment was at 10:00. I arrived at 10:02 due to traffic on Fort Hood street. I was not seen by Jennifer until 10:45. I see the dentist every 6 months and I floss and brush my teeth every single day, without fail. I also purchased an electric tooth brush as recommended by Jesenika. Jennifer informed me she has been on leave for a while and today is her first day back. No problem, she needs a little patience getting back into the swing of things, I get that. She didn't remember her password to log into the system so she had another person log in. Jennifer then seemed so unsure of what she was doing, I was almost concerned she didn't actually work there. She changed her gloves and put germ-x on 3 times before even touching me, which yes, thank you for being aware of germs, but it honestly felt like she was stalling because she was nervous and didn't remember what to do. Then when the cleaning started: again, I floss and brush my teeth every day and who knows, maybe I'm not doing it properly, but I have never been in that much pain having my teeth cleaned. Even when I was a kid and never flossed, I didn't experience this amount of pain. She continuously poked my gums to the point my fingers went numb from gripping the seat so hard. My mouth was filled with blood and I can still taste the blood in my mouth hours later. My bib had blood on it and there was so much water dripping down my cheeks into my hair, to which she joked, "bet you didn't know you were coming to the dentist to take a shower." She would also pause the cleaning to talk to me about random things like her daughter, her husband, and about how she "talks to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" and how she doesn't remember mosquitos being on Noah's Ark. At first I was giving her the "uh-huh's" while she talked, but then I just completely stopped responding. She noticed I kept wincing in pain and said, "sorry, your gums are just so inflamed. How often do you floss?" And I told her "I do it everyday so I'm very surprised I'm having so much pain and blood right now" and she said "well I'm not saying you're terrible, because you're not, but maybe change the way you floss and start doing it multiple times a day." I was with her for an entire hour. My hands are still shaking from gripping the chair so hard in pain. Then Dr. Bell comes in. I've never seen him before, but I hope I do not see him again. He came in and looked at my x-rays and said, "your teeth are perfect. This is going to be boring." And then he spent 45 seconds looking at my teeth and said, "you have one pocket, but other than that, your teeth are very healthy and strong. So just make sure you floss and all that other stuff I'm supposed to tell you to do." He did not count how many millimeters my gums are to check for gingivitis and he did not say anything about my gums being inflamed like the hygienist said. It was just an awful experience. I requested the front desk ladies to put in my chart that I never have Jennifer again. I went ahead and scheduled another 6-month cleaning but I hope I can find a new dentist office before then. I hope the room I was in has cameras with audio recording because I'm not exaggerating this story at all.
