They have Doctor Aimee and he is absolutely amazing. He took out a large amount of time to speak with my daughter and I and I felt so relieved after. I never expect to be seen right away by a doctor and know that special cases arise. I appreciate the time Doctor Aimee took with us and look forward to future appointments. I feel that our wait time was appropriate and we were very well taken care of by all staff members.

I am a black female and new to the area, and I needed medical attention. The doctor was so rude and condescending. He basically stated that I looked fine. After attempting to explain my symptoms and how I was feeling to him, he dismissed me. I left there and immediately went to Urgent Care on the next block. I was seen by the doctor, and I was diagnosed with Influenza B (type B flu), along with a severe sinus infection and severe inner-ear infection. I was prescribed medicine and had to be off from work for 3 days. My take is I was the only person in the waiting room and the only black person, because the receptionist did not even speak English, and the doctor couldn't care less about treating me. First, the receptionist at the front desk gave a good first impression. She was smiling when we walked in and was very friendly. And this was an early 7:15am The volunteer that walked us back was sweet. I only have first names with those I interacted with. Once my mom was wheeled back I'm not sure who assisted. Bailey, Robert, and Amanda were so gentle, patient, and seemed like they genuinely cared. They are perfect for their job and I hope they know how much their work is appreciated. I met Dr. Huang briefly and he was nice and informative. My mom has some follow up work but I know she'll be in good hands here.

My husband insurance assigned a doctor from BSW clinic as his primary. He has serious health issue…read morethat require medications and constant monitoring. But they couldn't give him a new patient appointmen till April of next year 9months out? That is ridiculous and they haven't offered any other solutions for him. They don't seem to care for anything besides "Bsw's policys & guidelines " and their facilities have that walefare office vibe. (Full waiting rooms hard plastic chairs full of crying baby's and people with vomit buckets. And when the nurse called patients back she reminded me of a Sargent from basic training) the whole place had a nasty welfare office vibe. Thank God We found Advent Hospital &medical campus on Cleer Creek in killeen. They got him in rite away and the doctors where nice. He's been getting great care at Advent. They have nice facilities and they offer every service but there's less waiting,less attitude and going their doesn't make me feel like I need to shower using bleach. Were happy now. She recently brought on an additional doctor at which point things went down the hill FAST! The last time I was here I waited for 2 hours. I walked up to the desk, to a receptionist who could have cared less only to tell me that I could reschedule another 2 months out. Today I have been waiting "I'm still waiting" 30 min and I will make it a point to leave at the hour mark. If the patient flow has picked up in an office then they should be scheduling further apart to make up for the wait time. It's amazing to me that this office thinks it's totally fine to wait hours to be seen for 4 seconds! If this Doctor Didn't know my medical history so well I would switch. I'm totally over this...
