I went through this whole process just for them to tell me they don't take our insurance AFTER 15 mins of verifying the insurance. I gave them the secondary insurance that they did take and they still weren't able to verify. I'm honestly really tired of ER's/ doctors offices/ urgent cares making you go through elaborate processes because they don't want to handle paperwork.

Walk ins and appointments treated the same. The provider told me they have NO IDEA who has an appointment or is a walk in. Their scheduling for appointments online is terrible at best and the early checkin is just as bad. Two visits in a row a week apart and same results. I will give them one more chance to fix the issues.

Every visit has been amazing, we always go to their website and you can check appointment times before selecting a location (we seem to live in the center of all 3 so it doesn't matter to us where we go). The system keeps our insurance information on hand, I always do the paperwork through my computer when I schedule and then I don't have to do it when we go in. This is just an Urgent Care, it doesn't replace the emergency room or your regular doctor. All visits have had a sheet that tells you if you need to follow up with your doctor or not etc. I tell anyone I know when they need urgent care to come here. They have always been good to me and my children.... I have followed up with the PCM after when the injury/illness has required more in depth care etc. They definitely help fill in the gap when we can't get into the clinic and we don't need to go to the ER.

And this was an early 7:15am The volunteer that walked us back was sweet. I only have first names with those I interacted with. Once my mom was wheeled back I'm not sure who assisted. Bailey, Robert, and Amanda were so gentle, patient, and seemed like they genuinely cared. They are perfect for their job and I hope they know how much their work is appreciated. I met Dr. Huang briefly and he was nice and informative. My mom has some follow up work but I know she'll be in good hands here.

But he's sweet and friendly and he has treated me with respect and compassion from day one. I haven't always had the best experiences with Doctors because I'm a "big" person and they've treated me like a number on a scale rather than a person. Dr R isn't like that. He's encouraged me to be healthy and given me guidance without tearing me down or humiliating me. I'm moving out of state soon and I will really miss him and his nurses. I am taking one star off for the front desk staff... they can be terse. But if you are friendly and respectful to them... they are the same with you.
