They were considerate of the home, which is in disarray due to mold mitigation. I was very surprised when the bill for their services was $1,000, but I had not asked so that is on me. I had previously looked online at what other companies charged. I was told I needed a new box for the AC at the cost of $1995. Early evening I realized that cold air was coming out of only two of the vents and the house was warming up. I had to call Pristine to have someone come out and open up the eight or nine vents that had been left closed. The service person who came was very efficient and polite.
