On Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 I went to the Alpha Computer Center for the first time. What brought…read moreme there was my Apple i-Phone 14 froze while downloading an updated IOS software the night before. Now, if you are like me, you use your smart phone for everything. I freaked out at first, then remembered that I also had an i-Pad and could either text or use Face Book Messenger/ Face Book; to alert family/friends that I would not be available as my i-Phone was frozen. I had also canceled our family land line at our house so this i-Phone was the ONLY phone I had. I was able to wait (about 1/2 hour) while they re-booted my i-Phone and made sure that the new IOS software was downloaded correctly. Apparently my i-Phone was caught in a "loop" and the total amount I had to pay was only $56.35. They were very professional, helpful and understanding of my anxiety about my i-Phone 14. This is the only place I will bring my Apple devices (i-Phone 14 and i-Pad) They are an Apple Authorized Repair Center. Thanks So Much Alpha! I highly recommend you bring all of your Apple devices here for diagnostic and/or repair!

I would not recommend these guys for IT services for your business. We used them for an entire year…read morein the hopes that things would smooth out, but they never did. Their customer service is severely lacking, and management acts like they are doing us a favor by allowing us to work with them. It was common for simple tickets to take days or weeks to be addressed, and often you would hear back from multiple techs who clearly had not communicated with each other on the status or progress of what was going on, so you basically had to start from the beginning each time. Even if you scheduled a specific time for a tech to reach out to you, they would completely miss the appointment with no communication, and then they would hop on at random times with no notice. Since you never knew when they would be available again, there was pressure to drop everything to let them work so you knew your issue would be taken care of. Often a tech would tell you that they would call you back, only to not hear from them again and have to call them back yourself. Most of their techs seemed to lack training, and were clearly remote workers who are not local, and there also seemed to be a high turn-over rate. The only reason I put a 2nd star was as a credit to the few local techs who seemed to be trying their best with what little they had to work with as far as proper management. Overall, in our experience, Teknologize lacked organization, low quality of service for their clients, and on top of everything they didn't seem to be capable of improving in any meaningful way even after multiple meetings.

He got it back up to speed in one day, at a very reasonable cost. I've waited a few months to post this review because I've experienced services that turn out to be of short-term benefit - but not in this case! My computer still starts up immediately and runs well. I'm truly delighted! I also asked him about repairs on my husband's elderly desktop computer. He could have made a few bucks on the repair and we'd have been happy to pay it, but he was completely upfront in explaining that it wasn't worth our while to pay for hardware repairs on a unit whose life expectancy is limited because it can't handle a software upgrade. So he's not only skilled and efficient - he's also ethical, AND a straight down nice guy to deal with.

Very disappointed with this service. My washer stopped draining, so I called this company for a…read morerepair. On the first visit, the technician replaced the drain pump. The very next day, the washer was having the exact same problem, and I was then told another part needed to be replaced. I feel the issue was misdiagnosed during the first visit, and I'm frustrated that I was charged for a repair that did not fix the problem. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. The technician never explained to me that there could be other issues with the washer, never showed me what was wrong, and never discussed any other possible repairs or costs. He simply replaced the pump, scribbled a note on the receipt, and then asked me for payment. As a new mom with a brand-new baby at home, I was already in a stressful situation, and I honestly feel like the lack of explanation and transparency took advantage of that situation. I would have expected the technician to clearly explain his diagnosis, what he was repairing, and whether there were other potential problems before charging me for the work. I reached out to the company afterward to explain my concerns and give them an opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, they made no effort to resolve the issue, offer any refund or adjustment, or otherwise address my concerns. Overall, I feel I was charged for a repair that did not solve the problem, was not given adequate information about the diagnosis, and was then asked to pay for yet another repair. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
