To have a player internationally elbow a player in the face, which resulted in a broken nose is bad enough, but to have the coach/Academy Director make the comments that he did is repulsive! This organization needs to take immediate action towards the player and towards Academy Director Jim Lagarde for both of their actions. You have a serious cultural problem within your organization when this type of behavior happens, rewarded and blown off as though nothing happened!

When watching from the field area and not the lounge, I suggest bringing an extra layer as it can get chilly. Also take your time to get there the first couple times as location can be tricky to navigate. Sofive is set amongst an industrial neighborhood full of warehouses. I still get confused and I've been there every weekend for the past two months. Every warehouse and street looks the same to me lol. Nice bonus - they serve beer and snacks.

The first order arrived with her initials wrong and all numbers and patches missing from both the game jerseys and practice jerseys. After sending everything back, the second attempt was just as bad. The numbers were wrinkled, bubbled, and unevenly pressed across multiple jerseys. The warm up jacket had the correct initials but they were off center and crooked. At this point my daughter still does not have a playable uniform for her game tomorrow. She is 12 years old and should not have to feel singled out or embarrassed because a company cannot do its job. This is not just an inconvenience. It is affecting kids who want nothing more than to feel part of their team. We have wasted time, money, and energy sending uniforms back and forth and all we have to show for it are defective products. Any company that provides team uniforms should understand the responsibility they have to get it right the first time. This one clearly does not.
