The job was for a complete yard redo from ripping out the old turf to adding loam, grading, and reseeding and looks fantastic. Job was completed in 2 days. Steve and his crew were fantastic and easy to work with. They were neat and professional with everything cleaned up after the job. And that was not easy as 50 yards of loam and stone were dumped in front of the house. They also repaired a few sprinkler heads and leveled off my air conditioner slab which were not part of the original estimate. I would not hesitate to call them for any future yard project. Steve

A large portion of my yard in Somerville has been all dirt for a year and I was hoping to finally have a lawn this summer. Steves crew came by on Friday at 8:45am to get the job done. I was so happy that they came earlier than scheduled!! They were prepared and curteous and ready to work! because it gave me the rest of the day to take care of other things I needed to do. Steves crew prepped my soil and then began the hydroseeding process. They did a very thorough job and completely covered the lawn without missing any spots. They even sprayed a little extra hydroseed for me on some yellow spots and other small parts that needed some recovery at no extra fee. The price was extremely reasonable and very fair. The work was through, detailed, and they stopped to ask in between seeding to see if I was happy with their work and if there was anything else. I felt like their only customer because the attention and service was so amazing! I'm looking forward to a beautiful and lush lawn and will update my review when it grows:) Thanks so much for the amazing hydroseed and service. I will be hiring you again soon!!

We didn't know at the time that they also performed deck/porch work otherwise we would have hired them from the start. Ten Arya is one of the most sincere, honest, and kindest people you will ever meet. He truly treats others the way he wants to be treated. Almost all of the crew that were at our home building the porch and deck system were also working for Ten 2 years ago. For us, that was very telling of how Ten operates his business. He truly believes that happy employees make for happy customers. From the start, it was all hands on deck, and his crew worked meticulously to finish the project. I can also tell you that no detail was overlooked, as Ten personally was at the job site every day and reviewing all work completed that particular day. Do yourself a favor, hire Arya and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with employing a top notch team, you won't regret it!

Within weeks of completion, the lawn was failing across the entire yard. Large dead and bare patches everywhere, as shown in the photos. The lawn is watered by a professionally installed irrigation system that runs on schedule and works perfectly, so this is not a watering issue. This is a problem with the installation itself. When we asked Gerrior to correct their work, they refused to do it under warranty and said they would only fix it if we paid again for time and materials. We paid six figures for a lawn that died in weeks, and the company will not stand behind its own work. As of today, nothing has been repaired. I will update this review if Gerrior makes this right.
