So I had them come out to get some stuff fixed on the irrigation system and everything was great paid just over $1300.00 to get it fixed wow but I paid for it! Well I think it was maybe a month later or less one of the sprinkler heads started to leave a puddle so I called them back out one person and he said it was the filter inside one of the valves that was replaced all ready. I said ok and I walked inside and I guess he fixed it. Well the next morning I had a flood in my yard that head along with the heads that are with it on the system stayed on and I couldn't turn it off from inside. So I send an email and Deb said that someone would be out in a bit. Well 3 hour later no one showed and now I wasted 3 hour of my time that they didn't seem to care about! Well I sent an email again asking what is going on and Deb asked if I would be there later in the afternoon. Mine you it was also going to rain a lot that morning. So I said to Deb no I will not be here I have things I have to do and I wasted my time waiting 3 hours for you all. So after another email back and forth. I sent one that said I would be home tomorrow but I just need a time frame she said how about later in the afternoon and I said ok. Well my husband got a follow up email from them for tomorrows visit for a estimate WTH I said to myself. I sent Deb and email saying that this is not an Estimate appt. This is something your guy did and you need to fix it. So when I couldn't turn it off from inside my Husband turned it off from outside. All I was asking is for them to came back and fix it. I'm pretty sure it was something that was not turned back when they fixed it and left a part in the valve box. So some money down the tub and some of it well spent . But they never showed again that day for the appt. So it looks like we are going to have to fix it with someone else or ourselves. Not sure what is going on with them they used to be so good and now not so much. I do have pic's of everything the flood and the piece that was left in the valve box and so on. We didn't feel the need to hire a snowplowing service. However, on our last session, a truck from Tibur was kind enough to plow a bunch of snow out of our driveway. We didn't even ask and he just went ahead and helped us out. It was extremely kind and it showed great customer service. It was awesome.
