My first experience: I needed a full shampoo service, Cliff shampooed the carpet, the seats, removed the seats, the trunk was spotless, and even shampooed the seat belt straps, ceiling, and sun visors. He also changed the insulation under a water spill that I previously had. He offered to take me to work (which 5 mins away) and pick me up after my car is done. All that for a reasonable price! My second experience: Friday morning and I need a milk spill cleanup, I stopped here before work, assuming it would take a while. They had two cars ahead of me, and Cliff took it upon himself to shampoo the spill out, and had me in and out in 20 minutes. When it came down to payment, he did not accept payment; he just told me to write him a review of my experience. The customer service this man has demonstrated led me to recommending him to two of my brothers, who will get detailing work done at his shop, and anyone else looking for detailing work. I found out about Cliff's Professional Auto Detailing after reading nothing but great reviews about him online. My car was in desperate need of a good exterior detailing so I decided to give Cliff a shot. First thing I noticed when I called to set up a time is how professional and polite he is, he completely works around your schedule to find a time that is good for you. When I dropped off my car I was told it would be ready in 2.5-3 hours. When I came back I was blown away. It looks absolutely amazing and you can tell Cliff really takes pride in his work. I just returned from picking up my car from Cliff. What a fantastic job and a great guy as well. Car is like new again. The quality of the work is excellent. But I'm sure there are many businesses that offer great work as well. What separates Cliff's business is Cliff. I had to reschedule the appointment at the very last minute because of travel delays. This is my first Yelp review as I usually don't take the time to write them. Long story short. If I ever have to get a detail again I would simply drive hours to have Cliff do it. He is HONEST. He gives a great price! He is simply a miracle worker. He took my daughters car which had multiple and obvious deep scratches all around the car and now you simply cannot fine them. He got ink out of leather seats. I don't know how he did it and I almost thought he repainted the car. This 2008 Accord looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. My first time with Cliff's Auto, its a very small shop, easy to miss when driving by. They wanted $165 for a full detail in and out.. seems very expensive to me; I expected around $100. I went with just detail inside and quick wash for outside - $120 I must say, he did an amazing job, inside and out the car looked great, like new. Cliff seemed to be the only guy there, so I'm not sure if he works alone; he took about 3 hours so it makes sense it would take that long with 1 guy. Cliff is a really nice guy though, very friendly and professional. I would recommend him; as I said a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. read more

I never have to worry whenever I take my car to Cliff's. He always does an exceptional job. My car always looks (feels and smells) like brand new every time I bring it home from Cliff's. Although he takes a little longer compared to other auto detailing places, I guarantee you that he will do a better job than all of them. Cliff is detail-oriented and thorough. Cliff is the man. I had someone leave a container of milk in a rental I had during a week mid-summer. Needless to say I had a big problem with a rotten milk smell in the car and was looking at an expensive charge from the rental company. Cliff saved me by doing a shampoo in the door pocket where the spill was, it was so bad he had to shampoo twice. Cliff did all of that free of charge. I agree with earlier reviews. I asked Cliff to do a messy and unusual job. My slide-in truck camper was damaged up in Massachusetts by heavy snows January and February 2011, one leg torn off. By the time I was to arrange for repairs, figure how to load it on my pickup, etc. etc. it was filthy and the mice had all their friends and relatives in for a cozy extended stay. Cliff is such a fantastic guy. I stopped in with a very odd and stubborn mark on the window trim of my new car. When I arrived, Cliff stopped what he was doing and immediately took a look at the blemish. Within a few minutes he had reduced it significantly (you can hardly see it anymore).
