My kids were doing a bit of shopping and then ended up picking up a couple of items and I spent most of my time chatting with the one woman who worked there. They did enjoy some of the clothing but couldn't find items that they liked in their size but there were some really nice items in the counter that got their attention. They both checked out some really cool necklaces and we also looked at flasks and lighters. My youngest found a hat that they just loved and took a picture of the label on it with the idea that they would check it out online at a later date to see if they might buy one. Friendly employees who were very helpful and lots of good stuff. This one is definitely worth shopping in.

With people entering and exiting the wrong way. At least I have been able to always find a spot. The interior is two levels. One of mostly furniture and some rugs and one with smaller furniture and home decor/ books. The first level has a ton of toilets, desks, tables, chairs etc. always a nice rug collection. The second level has couches and things like dishwater and frames. Surprisingly good collection of affordable books. Had I more time I'd stay longer. And if they had more games and clothes I'd pick it over goodwill just due to the price, quality, organization, and staff. They are serious about the 6 pm closing tho. Well To them; it's 5:30-5:45. Just make sure you get something cool enough to wash the taste of the customer service interactions away when you look at it later -- because when you leave you're likely to feel like you just drove through Taco Bell on Poplar in Memphis at 2 am. Pretty sure that's where they found their customer service manual. If you make it past the front desk without turning into a shriveled block of ice, don't miss the fabulous large COVET booth just inside the first display area. That booth in particular has amazing finds at fair prices.

Unfortunately, late in 2017, the store was closed for remodeling, and when they re-opened, I was stunned to see that virtually nothing had changed with regard to the interior. Clothing racks were moved, and that was about the extent of the retail overhaul. Most unfortunately, the prices went up. WAY UP! I guess the only remodeling was to their price tags? When you visit a thrift store, you are being thrifty - bargain hunting. This store now asks upscale consignment prices for donated items, and that sucked the fun out of thrifting at this location, for me.

Kudos! The aisles are lined with quality clothes. No rips or stains. They have many name brands and it all seems to be priced very well. Tons of shoes and accessories as well (ex- purses). Reciprocity not only has great items, the owner, Tony, is one of the kindest people I've ever met. I went in with a friend who was visiting and she made us feel so welcome. I suddenly found myself telling her literally everything about my life and the health issues I was going through and she made me feel so comfortable. Anyone else would've probably been like, ok weirdo, but tony was so nice about everything it made me feel like I could get through all of this. I will continue to shop at reciprocity and continue to bring people here!
