When she returned it, the manager angrily told her she would "just have to eat them." Now, my wife was not upset and is not the kind of person to be anything but courteous in a situation like this. If he had just said something like, "Sorry, we don't accept returns," it would have been okay. However, this kind of rude and aggressive behavior from any business person is unacceptable.

My kids were doing a bit of shopping and then ended up picking up a couple of items and I spent most of my time chatting with the one woman who worked there. They did enjoy some of the clothing but couldn't find items that they liked in their size but there were some really nice items in the counter that got their attention. They both checked out some really cool necklaces and we also looked at flasks and lighters. My youngest found a hat that they just loved and took a picture of the label on it with the idea that they would check it out online at a later date to see if they might buy one. Friendly employees who were very helpful and lots of good stuff. This one is definitely worth shopping in.

This store is on the smaller size but very well stocked and well run and the staff is fantastic , very friendly and super helpful !! We were on a girls trip so this was a fun stop on a quiet morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. We thought the prices for the clothing was on the higher end for a thrift store but LuLu's was very well organized and clean. The changing area was large and decorated so cute! There are all kinds of hidden treasures all over the store.. from Christmas decorations to random household items and lots of furniture too. We did not make a purchase on this visit but not for lack of trying. I would definitely stop in again when we are in the area to peruse their wares.
