Unfortunately, the ICEEs were not very cold, were only partially filled, and did not meet our expectations. The pizzas were also disappointing. They were extremely small--about the size of my hand--and much smaller than a typical personal pizza. The sauce appeared dried out, and the pizza was served cold. The nachos were equally underwhelming and did not seem fresh. Overall, while we enjoyed the swimming facilities, the food quality did not match the experience. I would recommend bringing your own food if permitted, rather than purchasing food on-site. 30$ was the cost by the way

We got there mid afternoon and, by chance, were able to score a table. Outdoor pool is divided into shallow and deep ends. Also, it has a diving board an adjacent overhead shaded overhang, seats, loungers and a cantina for concessions. Mind the cantina hours. I purchased the nachos with jalapeños. Cheese topping was ample. Portion was totally share-able. Remember to ask for paper towels! Staff was on their game. Door staff was able to locate our reservation pretty efficiently. Life guards were alert. Outdoor pool has a process where all kids are asked out of the pool for the last 20 minutes on the hour. This allows for adults to share in an adults only swim. There's an outdoor shower, water fountain and restroom with hand dryers. Indoor area includes a waiting pool connected to the Lazy River, a couple slides, and another break out pool. There are chairs that hugged the walls for bathing suit cover ups, shoes, etc. There are no indoor cubbies. I would say bring toys/ etc items in here at your own risk. The Lazy River keeps a decent pace. There was an incident of sick child in the water and life guards handled it accordingly. The area was restricted for the rest of our time spent there. Splash pad section rocked. Fountains that would dump water, play squirting cannons, frogs to sit upon and so on. All and all, this was a solid place to have a kid's birthday. Additional families had the same idea. Many a celebration was had that day. Parking available for the center. Our party had a blast with the party favor being that kids slept hard that evening. I had to relocate for work and asked to end my membership early. While I understood the annual contract, the branch staff treated me as little more than a customer at a cellphone store, rigidly enforcing policy without any empathy or support. When I escalated the issue, leadership responded with a canned policy explanation, completely ignoring how cold and impersonal the interaction felt. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, and I will be sharing my story publicly and discussing it with current members so they understand how situations like mine are handled. It's not about the money -- it's about the lack of compassion from a place that claims to be community-focused. I can no longer recommend this branch YMCA to anyone.

The locker rooms are spacious and the people at the front desk are extremely friendly. They did not try to figure out if we were really members, and just let us right in, and we're very concerned about the flooding from the hurricane, and happy to have us there. They need a lot more benches. They only have a couple and it's just not enough so there is often a wait for a bench. They have extra benches upstairs, but the weights only go up to 40lb up there, so a lot of people wanting to lift weights would not even be able to use those benches if the downstairs ones get crowded. The cardio upstairs is pretty good, but they only have two bikes that I could possibly use and they are usually being used. One time I actually had to wait because a gym employee was using one of the bikes. Once he realized I was waiting for the bike he quickly got off it but still it proves that this type of bike should be more plentiful since it's the only thing which seems to always be in use. The men's showers are fine, and the locker room is nice. Parking is good and the facility is located close to the Interstate 30 and very convenient just near the stadium, where you can often hear the stadium screaming I am a stadium whenever you drive to Meerut. I mean near it. Or even when you're not near it to be honest. They have good cables for chest exercises and their other machines are okay. Overall, it earns a four star rating and is a great place. And one North Family that I'd expect to be a big family is the Peter North Family. I mean the guy just had so much coming out of, well, you know. You'd just assume. Anyway.

That's above and beyond and that's more welcoming than anything I can think of. That's very special to me. They offer programs for the kids as young as 6 months.
