Although Veronica, our planner, was lovely and personable, the service we received on our wedding day did not reflect a 5-star experience. Given that we paid $4,000, I expected much higher quality. The hot then cold combo is great for the muscles. Towels are free, along with suntan cream so make sure you use them. There were so many burned people at the pool. After experiencing different parts of Maui, I think I would personally choose the Kaanapali area going forward. I found it a little more convenient for what I like to do and the overall vibe for me was just better.
