Stay away.
This is a group of salesmen, marketers, and shysters pretending to be a web design/development/hosting company, all of whom do not know how to run any of those aspects.
Early Friday morning (07/25/2014), a website on ClickCom's shared hosting was the victim of attackers. Unfortunately, it did not only affect that single website.
Due to the gaping security vulnerabilities in their "SiteWizard" builder, this attack affected 150, that's right, ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY other clients that ClickCom also had hosted on that server.
Not only that, ClickCom had not backed up anything at all on that server in the past SIX MONTHS! It is now Tuesday (07/29/2014), and many websites are still down.
I could not reach them by email.
I could not reach them by phone.
Their office doesn't even exist anymore.
In fact, none of the three potential locations do (I tried Sharon, Fairview, and Carnegie).
I'm just surprised they lasted this long.
