It didn't feel like a salesperson pouncing on a sale. It felt almost like a slumber party atmosphere! The original sales gal and 2 other workers were now involved and they made it so fun! Once I got in the fitting room, it felt like a fashion show. But instead of everyone telling me "everything looks great/cute" (toxic positivity), they were using their expert language and asking ME how I felt or what I thought. I really appreciated that! They grabbed me other sizes and showed me other versions of outfits (wide leg pants vs. oversized button down vs. shirt dress). I actually wore one of the shirt dresses out! As I was checking out, I noticed another part of the store. I completely walked right past it! And that was their jewelry side! I fell in love with 2 necklaces on that side! By this time, the owner had come out and it was a full blown party. I recently lost my mom - out of habit, I went to call her to ask which of the 2 necklaces she loved best. I have an old 2004 Kia Rio sedan, the seats were pretty rough shape and it was time to fix the problem. So I went with my gut and brought my car in. (By the way, they recently moved and some of the GPS devices give you the Dairy Road location, so make sure you get their new address on Hukilike Street before you go there.) The woman at the desk was very nice.. (They even have assorted candies on the counter for the taking, plus a big tip jar to make sure you show your appreciation for the free Tootsie Rolls !) The service was better than good! In my opinion, Joe's knowledge and experience make this the ONLY place on the island to get your vehicle upholstered. Warning: They have signs all over the place to "beware of guard dog" and let me tell you -- if you've ever seen one of them Maltese dogs, you know you want to avoid any trouble!
