It took a little over an hour. Pros: quickly serviced me and quickly got me out of there in about an hour. Price on nozzles was pretty good. Cons: price on the pump was meh. A week or two later, the line to the wiper nozzle got disconnected because it wasn't long enough and there was too much tension when using the wipers. I had to reroute the line and secure it differently in order for the line to remain connected with regular usage. Really simple fix, but I just paid someone $300 to have my wiper fluid system in good working order. This shouldn't have been an issue... and my line is still pretty short. I just had to work around it. If I wasn't using the company card on a company truck, I'd have saved myself $240 and done it myself.

I needed free-backing drum brakes installed on my boat trailer, along with all the wiring. They were friendly, professional, and even cracked a few jokes while explaining exactly what they were going to do and how long the job would take. I left them working in my garage while I went to work, and when I came home a few hours later, everything was finished. The installation was outstanding. My garage was spotless, the brake system looked professionally installed, and all the wiring was neatly hidden inside the trailer frame instead of hanging underneath. My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

After a couple weeks, they started to squeak pretty bad so I took it back in. Jesse was really easy to get in touch, I let him know what the dealership advised as far as needed repairs and he was transparent and honest about the work that was needed for my 2014 VW Beetle! The value and quality of work was better than what the dealership quoted me. VW advised me to replace the valve cover gasket but Jesse let me know it's very likely that whole value cover needs to be replaced since they are made of plastic and crack. The valve cover replacement at MB Euro cost me less than the dealership was charging for the valve cover gasket alone. He showed me the old parts after the repairs were complete and I'm glad I went with his recommendations. Looking forward to keeping the car in good shape for years to come!
