They have a bike maintenance plan that I got for 3 years ... seems like they should have 1 year free but I don't know what all goes into it. Anyway that was $150 for 3 years. Their lights and stuff seemed expensive. Anyway I thought it was a very nice experience. I'd go back.

As the COVID lockdown began, we ran our 13 year old's old bike to them with the intention of trading in/trading up. It took me 3 trips to the store before I made the purchase. Both Louis and Dave showed me the various e-bikes and at no time did they try to upsell me. You could see their love for what they do. When I returned to pick up the bike, Dave, once again (our third time together) spent time showing my wife all the details of her new bike. He also helped me with an adjustment on my bicycle. This is definitely my new bike shop/store!

So, I wanted to get it tuned up before I tried riding it for real. I took it to Cycletherapy and they told me it would be ready in a little over 2 weeks. I also fully intended for them to tell me it would be expensive to fix. Well, it was ready in just under ONE week. And it cost LESS than $50! The people were also really nice and helpful, both taking it out of my car when I brought it in and putting it back in when I picked it up. I only rode it for a minute around my condo's parking lot (there are major potholes and it doesn't feel safe to ride there yet), but it felt much more steady. I really felt like I got good service from them, and they seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.
