I bought an adult tricycle from someone at the end of last fall. It hadn't really been used (the…read moretires were still clean!), but it felt very wobbly and I felt unsteady on it. So, I wanted to get it tuned up before I tried riding it for real. I took it to Cycletherapy and they told me it would be ready in a little over 2 weeks. I also fully intended for them to tell me it would be expensive to fix. Well, it was ready in just under ONE week. And it cost LESS than $50! The people were also really nice and helpful, both taking it out of my car when I brought it in and putting it back in when I picked it up. I only rode it for a minute around my condo's parking lot (there are major potholes and it doesn't feel safe to ride there yet), but it felt much more steady. I really felt like I got good service from them, and they seemed very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wes, Violet and Margaret are not only extremely friendly they are very helpful and professional. I learned a valuable lesson by taking my e-bike to another shop to get my brakes bled only to discover they broke a delicate connector on my bike making it no longer functional. Wes came to the rescue and fixed it getting me back on the road quickly! If you are interested in purchasing an e-bike don't hesitate to buy here. They are truly the best!!

Hardly any parking spots on the dirt road which can be slightly annoying. Overall this is a nice park!

I brought an element into their sister store they own in Florida to be told I needed a part that takes 3 weeks to get in. I had it ordered. took 5 weeks but what ever. I took the new part with me to Michigan to have it put on up here. this store ( same owners) , told me the things they wanted to fix totaling $880. I had to tell the 3 times I didn't want all these extras. I just wanted the throttle put on. I'm going to skip all the calls back and forth with them needing more money for more parts. they are very deceptive with what you ask for verses what the try and trick you into. the last straw was when they said , "if you buy the brakes I'll put them on for free. when I go to pick it up it's another $190 for breaks. lied to yet again. I already knew what size bike I wanted, if I had known the fitting cost anything, let alone $75, I never would have had it done. (They had conveniently omitted this info when I made the appointment). When I expressed surprise (i.e. raised my eyebrows) at the price, the lady said, "Oh, he didn't tell you it cost $75? Bad boy," then held out her hand for my credit card.
