They come on time, send me an update once the walk is completed which usually has a photo of the mutts looking happy, and generally have been very responsive to any issues. They took care of puppy destruction one visit and dog diarrhea another changing the diet to boiled chicken and rice. Always with great communication throughout to let me know what was happening. Offered to take dog to vet when he was sick with diarrhea. My house and my animals are safe and well cared for. Never feel worried while on vacation. Highly recommend her service!

They were very receptive to my concerns (my dog is adopted and has some anxiety and trouble interacting with other dogs) and put me at ease. I never thought our dog would be able to go on walks with other dogs, but they are truly miracle workers! Their website is easy to use and I loved getting pictures and updates every day about how the walk went. Also, they are quick to respond and are very accommodating. More than once I had a last minute request and they were always able to find someone to take care of our dog. If you are looking for a dog walker on the main line, definitely pick Dog Gone Walking!!

When my beautiful 15 year old Shih Tzu was diagnosed with terminal cancer, her comfort was our…read morenumber one priority. She had been on a human grade diet for many years but in the last couple of months, it became increasingly difficult to find food that she would eat, even when I cooked for her. That's when we ordered a sample of Sloppy Plate. At first she sniffed with minimal interest just like she did with everything else we offered her. But just when we expected her to turn her nose up, she tasted and then devoured - noisy chewing and all! We lost our sweet girl last year but we are so thankful that she was able to enjoy every meal in her final weeks. We watch the video of her first Sloppy Plate meal to this day and it brings us joy and so much comfort. Dogs live such a short time and ask for very little in their lives. They don't need or want much. They enjoy outside time, a warm place to sleep, their human family, and their food. This is what makes them special and deserving of the softest bed, tons of love, and the very best food we can give them. If your dog has lackluster interest in their food and you think it's because they only want what you're eating, it's probably true! They want something that tastes good. :-) We joined the Sloppy Plate family for our other two dogs and they absolutely love mealtime! Not to mention, our dogs used to have issues with itching, diarrhea, etc. We heard from so many people that it was probably a chicken allergy. Nope! No more itching or any potty issues since we made the switch. From the quality to the amazing customer service, and not to mention the convenience; I can't sing the praises of this food loud enough! Wholeheartedly give Sloppy Plate the highest possible recommendation!

He looks so healthy and his fur has gone from bristly to silky soft. I dropped my pup off at a house, not the house in the web-site picture. A house that's a little rough. OK. I dropped him off at 8:30 am. I didnt hear from her all day and into the evening so I texted her to make sure everything all right. (9 pm) She answered that he was there on her bed. No other communication or photos. OK... I pick him up at 8 the next morning. It is a frigid cold day and she answered the door in short pants and flip flops. I wonder where my pup is-- oh, he is out back. Alone. Paw freezing icy cold snow which I warned her he cant take on his pads. She goes into the kitchen and lets him in. That was odd to me, but OK. I Venmo her payment. She says the amount was wrong, I owed her for 2 fees, a day fee and a night fee (double what I paid her). I told her he was there for 24 hours so that seemed like one fee and was with every other pet sitter I have used. I questioned it, not because she doesnt have the right to set her own fees, but it doesnt say anything about it on her web site. She also didnt tell me before hand. I was thinking about it (I don't want to stiff someone, especially small biz owner) and pointing it out to her about her web site and she just kept saying it was on there which was either a lie or serious forgetfulness. After I pointed this truth out trying to figure out why I was getting gas lit she sent me a mean text about how difficult and a waste of time I am when I should be grateful to her taking such good care of him. Grateful? Isn't that basic decency? That's a little grandiose-- which sums up the whole thing.
