Parking is ample and there are plenty of handicapped spots as well as bike racks out front. Security is efficient and fast. We showed up with an appointment and it took at most 30min to get the whole thing done front walking in to walking out. And that was to get TWO passports. The windows are spacious and the area is separated from the waiting room so it's so nice and quiet. The other location you could hear everyone's business as the windows and the waiting area seats were just feet away but you are nowhere near anyone else to hear them (unless they choose to talk loud). I am so happy with this new location and very excited for them to have a new space as it was long overdue. What an upgrade!!!!

If you're expecting a crowd, be sure that everyone is aware of that little lot that holds another 20 cars.

I reserved a room for a work meeting and Ardina decided to aggressively barge in to loudly to yell at me for an empty cup and question me about the name on the reservation. The power trip was insane. The woman is clearly unwell and I am concerned about her working for our local government.

It's always very clean and they have very helpful people at the front desk who are willing to assist at any moment with any question that you have. I have witnessed personally, several of the front desk associates help out elderly persons who were not too efficient on the computer and they assisted them patiently. It was very sweet to see that kindness. One thing that I did see that I did not take advantage of, but will next time, is that they have a sensory kit at the front desk for anyone who needs it. I feel like that is very accommodating on their part and that most libraries should have something like that for anyone who requests it. I was in the library for about three hours on the computer as a guest since I am not part of Osceola County so I cannot make a library card here; but I stopped by before work to study. The ONLY complaint I do have to make is that when using the computers, either as a guest, or as a library card holder, when they close, they shut down the computers 30 minutes before without warning; so make sure to save your stuff ALWAYS. I thought that the library closed around 8 PM on Saturday but they close at 6 PM and they ended up shutting down all of the computers at 5:30 PM without a warning on the computer screen. Thankfully, I had saved some of my stuff before hand, but I did lose a little bit of work and I know that, some people around me were very frustrated that they lost a lot of work without saving as well. I do think that they should fix that system so that there is at least a warning on the screen that the library is going to be closing soon so that the people on the computers know to save everything.

From the moment you walk in, it just feels right. The staff is genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful -- they go out of their way to assist without ever making you feel rushed. What really blew me away is the collection: per square foot, they have an outstanding selection of books, DVDs, and audiobooks. It's surprisingly well-curated and up-to-date. The facilities are fantastic too. The work areas are functional and comfortable, the study/meeting rooms are excellent, and the computer lab is better equipped and more modern than most I've seen anywhere. But the absolute highlight? It's actually quiet. In a world where libraries seem to have turned into noisy community centers, Montverde has managed to preserve that peaceful, focused atmosphere that makes a library truly special. If you're in the area and need a great place to read, study, work, or just escape for a while, do yourself a favor and visit Montverde Library. It's a hidden gem and a true credit to the community. The days that they are open the hours are from 8:30 am to 6:30pm. There is adequate parking and a convenient book drop off in the parking lot. It's a very small and quaint library. i was visiting my relatives who live in this residential part of orlando and we came to the…read morecommunity center for a dip in the pool. with temps in the low 90s plus high humidity, the cooling water in the pool felt great! the pool ranges from 3.5 ft to 5.5 ft and is large enough for several families to enjoy together at the same time. if you come early in the morning, you could swim laps since the pool is likely to be empty at that time. they also offer small group classes for children 3 and up. there are plenty of loungers and umbrella'd tables around the perimeter of the pool and you can bring your own refreshments to enjoy after a swim. next to the pool is a gym with cardio machines and free weights. there are also separate men's & women's restrooms for your convenience. the community center also has a basketball court and two tennis courts, but you'll need to bring your own equipment to participate. there is ample, free parking next to the basketball & tennis courts. you'll need a resident badge to swipe in and access the facilities, which is good since it ensures that those who aren't supposed to be here cannot enter the main gate.
